We were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the building right up until we left. The waiting time was exceptionally short and Dr Tailor made us feel at ease throughout the process.

Amazing and efficient service. Staff were all very friendly and informative, assessment was done quickly but thoroughly with obvious care for my child.

Dr. Claudia Taylor was brilliant. She put my daughter at ease immediately making the whole process smooth. She knew her stuff and was respectful to the patient.

If only all GPs were like her.

The team were amazing, quick to reply and kind. After an asd assessment at another clinic which left me in tears due to the way I was treated with rudeness and unkind words, this was a welcome difference. I cannot thank the team enough. They were kind, accommodating and professional.

It was a great experience overall. My daughter and I were made feel welcome and at ease on both appointments with two different professionals. They were both very professional and provided me with very clear and useful information. They were kind and took the time to answer all my questions.

We were seen on time.
The doctor was very friendly, engaging straight away with my Son. My son appeared mostly comfortable and happy attending, which made the process less stressful.
I found conversation very easy, I was able to be open and honest, talking freely about concerns etc. I felt heard and received vital information throughout. I didn’t feel rushed at any point.

The only point I’d mention, is it wasn’t made clear that our final assessment might/ could also possibly be a diagnosis appointment. If I had known that this was a possibility I would have better prepared myself mentally and emotionally, as well as ensuring I brought my partner with me.

Overall, very happy.

My son got assessed in a 3 week period time.The staff responded your calls and emails very quickly.The doctors were amazing,supportive and my son felt comfortable there.We have seen by Dr Ricky Ahuja ,Dr Amy Drunk,Dr Bridget Mulvany and Dr Harsha Wickramarachchi .The report comes very quick too and the NHS accepted the report and now we are looking to get the support after the diagnose given (ASD).I highly recommend this clinic it’s the best you can choose for your children.Trust this professionals!Is the same service as you read on their website.

All the members of staff, ranging from the speech therapist and the different paediatrician were really lovely and understanding.

They all took their time to fully understand our sons needs and we felt really really comfortable sharing our experiences.

They were understanding, empathetic and very professional.

My experience at Autism Clinic London was very great, MS Amy Dunk was very supportive in my sons observations with alot of patients and help to get through the appointment.

The appointment went smoothly as she managed my autistic child and kept him calm and happy.

Even if the outcome of the assessment was heartbreaking for us the service that we recieved was outstanding!!! The kindness, and professionalism of the doctor was just amazing.

We appreciate Dr Ioaniss for the time he took with us to address our issues and concerns. He was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and informative and professional. We are also thankful to Amy for her time and professionalism. We had hoped more time will be spent with our son at different times to get a full understanding of his challenges, but overall we are satisfied with the service and will recommend

The doctor Rakesh Tailor was very empathetic and professional. He also explained and gave us the time we needed for further questions. Everything was explained thoroughly taking into account all of the information and observations completed and explained in detail the next steps. Thank you. Our visit went very well. There are several waiting rooms in the clinic which makes it quiet and not crowded which was very good for our 4 year old daughter. Our visit was with Dr Sarah Gelli. The room was very spacious and our daughter was very comfortable. Dr Sarah led the whole meeting very well and it was very nice to see our daughter playing and doing the different tasks presented by the doctor. Overall the visit was great and my wife and I are very happy. Dr Sarah gave us valuable tips and advice. This is definitely a place worth recommending
