I ordered and paid for item . I am still waiting for delivery . Have been threatened with legal action for applying for cash back through my bank .
They are not UK based but in USA.

The parts l ordered are rubbish and not fit for use.
Requested a return for £14.99 and got 2 pages of instructions (including a legal document of their terms to be filled in and returned)which are obviously meant to be off putting and they are! Although down as UK company they want the return item to be sent to

I came across this company via Facebook and fell for their sales blurb...dont make the same mistake!
Don’t expect to receive the item they demonstrate!!!!
They’ll send you a cheap version which just about works.
However they won’t accept a return/refund because the item has been used 🤬
They also do not reply to my email.
So go elsewhere if you’re looking for a decent car vac.
I never received my order and got no response from the Web site only to contact the courier who I don't know who it was
Says autocare.uk but not even in the uk it's overseas in America how can a company claim to be autocare.uk and says it sell genuine products but when you buy things off them it comes in a plastic bag no genuine marks or box not even a bill of sale there add says don't but anything off the Internet as there items are all genuine I got two shark airels off them at a cost of near on 26 pounds when they come I waited ten days said royalmail was bringing them it was evri and we know how good they are I asked for my money back next things I get a legal notice on there terms and conditions if you want your money back from them you have to pay the post back to America not in the uk so just beware what's forsale on the net the ones from China are less then 4 pounds each off ebay so I feel very let down so if you look online and this company is selling things under this name saying autocare.uk it's a scam for things that's just as cheap as things off ebay from China
WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING ME TO FILL IN SURVEY AND WHEN COMPLETED THEN TELL ME I DO NOT QUALIFY TO FILL IT IN BECAUSE I AM NOT SPENDING £80K PLUS ON A NEW HYBRID ONE ……. IDOTS
