Great service. Honest people. No “BULL” easy process. They keep their word.

We visited several sites to sell our 2018 Audi. ALGO was the only one that called us directly, which I appreciated. We discussed the car, mileage, physical condition, etc. And they made us a good offer, higher than the other sites and local car dealers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The process was simple and quick. The car was picked up after a quick mechanical diagnosis and we deposited the check. We highly recommend ALGO.

Terrible! They don't stop texting calling you. worst of all they call your phone 7-8:00am multiple times as if there's something urgent and when asking to stop calling instead of them saying I'm sorry they respond with authority as if they have the right cause I was on their website #michelle and Dominic they talk like a kid very unprofessional then they knock the phone down on you if your not interested in selling the car and don't give you a chance to talk they talk talk give you all their negative attitude and bang the phone down. This has been happening the past 2-3 weeks it's a disgrace. And their offers are trash.

Their form for an estimate was easy to complete. Their response was immediate with a quote and phone call. Their price beat Carvanna by $2500.
We had a loan on our car and they took care of it of every aspect with numerous texts, emails and calls to keep the process rolling. Including paying off our loan directly to our bank.
Our car was picked up today at our office without issue. The driver also had a check for us .

I had a few cars I wanted to sell in St Augustine Florida. I just tried the big three and Algo was easier and paid more making my bank payments and a driver brought me a check for the extra a few days later. Great service and honest company doing what that say.

Offer was at the top end of valuation. ALGO phone staff always answered phone right away and were always courteous and informative. Everything was done pretty much over the phone with just vehicle drop off being in person.

Second time using Algo. Experience could not have been more positive. When do you ever walk away from a lease and have $10k returned your pocket!? They even came to my house to pick up the vehicle. Staff assisted in every step of the way. All I had to do was take 4 pictures and sign.
