Very helpful in working out which diagnostic scanner would best suit my situation. With multiple brands of car in the family, I ended up going with an Autel unit which works very well.

Terrible and disgusting support. Never rings back, hard to contact, upsells, just like McDonalds. Quoted 1 price then $330 more to do what I asked for in the first place. Then NOW another $125 (USD) PER YEAR FOR UPDATES. GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. DID I MENTION, ALSO OVERPRICED COMPARED TO OTHER SELLER, HERE IN AUSTRALIA ? This is how you lose business pal. Never ever again from me, that is for sure.

Goods that had been dispatched did not correspond to what was ordered. On contacting the sales area via email and pointing out the discrepancy they immediately dispatched the correct goods.

I ordered the product over a week ago and when I look up postage, it’s still says ready for processing very very slow. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry

Ordered the Foxwell 701 and arrived within three days. Setup of the unit and getting it to communicate with my specific vehicle pretty straightforward. The software update easily done via WiFi. Can recommend it for the serious DIY person that have an idea what they are doing. I do my own maintenance so the unit pretty much paid for itself straight away, was even able to resolve an ERG region issue I had.

You do not communicate or answer emails. Faulty item received, asked for photos the only comms received. Still awaiting response about returns and refunds

Product is excellent however I ordered on a Sat and paid for express delivery but did not receive for 12 days. I could have walked to Sydney and back in this time frame!
