Automart Marine Avis 

I purchase a standby generator from Automart marine
for a great price. I got confirmation the next day. I had not heard any thing for over a week so I sent an e-mail.
A few days later I got a response with a tracking number from NipponCargoExpress. I followed it from Indonisia, to Pakistan and all over to New York City on
June 20,2025 (aprox 1 month after purchase) I did not think any thing about it since it generally takes about 5 or 6 weeks for some things. It sat there waiting for papers , waiting for misc. , now it is still in New York with a notation contact for information. The challenge is I have e-mailed with no response, text would not go through several attempts and also same thing with AutoMartMarine. NOT GOOD, TIME TO BAIL OUT. 7/16/2025

I purchased a autopilot system from this company. I received a tracking number for a fraudulent shipping company called nipponcargoexpress.us which is confused with a legit company nipponcargoexpress.com. I notified PayPal to dispute the charges but have yet to get any assistance from them. My product was supposed to arrive February 12th and yet to arrive. I would not recommend this site or even PayPal being used through this site because evidently PayPal doesn't make any purchase gaurantee.

This company is crap! Don't even bother with it. They don't ship what you pay for, don't answer emails ever! If I could give negative stars I would!

When a price is too good to be true then you know it is a scam.
I ended up NOT getting scammed like so many others because things just did not seem legit right from the beginning.
I was looking at buying a trolling motor and the one I was looking for was for sale through this 'company' at a price that was unbelievably low. That was kind of a red flag right there but they were the only place to show it in stock.
I figured I would contact them to get some info and after a few emails they could not even provide basic details about it. Another red flag.
By this time even the name (Automart Marine?) just didn't sound right.
Glad I did not try to place an order.

They are scammers I order my anchor windlass in January and paid it in full and still have not got it or my money back . Stay away from them for sure I hope people read this BEFORE ordering anything from them !!!!!!!

So, I mistakenly bought a 15hp Honda outboard from AutoMart Marine. It was about 60% of the price of new but it was 4 years old, so I thought it was a pretty darn good deal, but not unreasonable. I say mistakenly, because I thought I was on a site I purchased from before. By the time I realized my mistake I'd sent them $1,779 by PayPal to Indonesia. PayPal would not cancel the transaction. The money had to be refunded from the seller. The seller responded to my request for a refund and they did so within 24 hours. I cancelled because of the bad reviews. I never expected to see my money back, but they sent it. Take that for what it's worth.

I would not trust them they ripped me off for 1700 dollars they are a scam. Preferred a trolling motor in July and they keep telling me it’s going to be delivered now they will not talk to me

Total scam. Ordered a $1,008 radar dome for my boat from them and never received. No tracking info. No one returns emails. No contact. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered and pd for Tohatsu 8 hp motor. It us stuck in customs in NYC. Nobody responds to my inquiries. It is a scam.

I bought a 6hp outboard $1019 in April its June and it came from INDONESIA. It arrived in NY/NJ on a cargo ship. I paid $264 customs to the port authority get it released. So,I've paid $1019+$264 and it's been lost since then with zero tracking numbers. I email them in INDONESIA someone from automart marine calls herself Olivia keeps telling me another week EVERY WEEK she ignores me asking for tracking numbers.

If its too good to be true, it probably is. Glad I checked them out on this website. They have a Generac Listed for $1550. Every other website has it for $3650. Its too good to be true. They are Scammers!!!!

Automart Marine is not a legitimate company and, as the other reviews specify, a complete scam. The company portrays to operate out of Jakarta, Indonesia and offer items, in my case a Garmin Panoptix, at significantly below market prices. Within hours of ordering, you are sent a phony e-mail from Customer Service (Hilda in my case) and a fictitious bill of lading and tracking number, Nippon Express in my instance. Specifying it takes 14-21 days to arrive (which is quick with today's Covid shipping delays), when checking the tracking 3-4 weeks later, you're told it's sitting in New York customs and you need to call. I called. Fictitious phone numbers. I'm out $1,000 but hopefully, since using my credit card to fund Paypal, will attempt to recoup funds. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Completely fraudulent practices in shipping orders. My order supposedly arrived in NY but has never been seen. They use a fake shipping invoice and fake B/L numbers. They do not reply to emails. They claim to use a company called Nippon Express but Nippon Express in the USA does not use the tracking number they provided. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Update. Product never did arrive. Nippon in the US confirmed they never transported a package from the seller. The invoice was not theirs. Seller never did return calls or emails. Luckily I used PayPal and they refunded. Do not use this seller.

Why in the name of Reasonable Common Sense is this business listed on Trust Pilot? Business Bank Account and Overseas 3rd party association? WTh? Standards seem less than Trust, but moreaimed at "In Benjamin's we trust".. Its a Shell Facade!!

Scammed me too. ordered a generator and received shipping confirmation and a tracking number for Nippon Cargo Express. Followed the generator through a few ports for a month, then it ended up in the Port of New York. That was 3 months ago. Wrote to both Automartmarine and Nippon Cargo Express several times. No responses from either. Currently challenging the charge on my credit card. Thanks for Mastercard.

All information on their website is fake. Even so-called company images are stolen from an American furniture manufacturer called Formaspace.com.

Nothing has happened. 6 month after purchase no generator and no money back. If you place in order you'll loos your money guaranteed 💯

I was going to order a Yamaha 1000 watt Generator for $475 which is a great deal, but after reading all these bad reviews I don't think so.
