Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence before paying any upfront fee.

In my opinion, this company shows multiple red flags, including unclear business information, very high upfront fees, and claims that should be independently verified before anyone sends money.

If a company claims they can get brand approvals or LOAs from major brands, verify directly with the brand using official contact information before paying.

FTC consumer guidance recommends independently verifying who you’re dealing with and being cautious of impersonation/deceptive claims. ()

Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving forward without full verification.

RUN.

Horrible

Horrible, waste of my money. Do yourself a favor and run! They stayed with all the products they purchased for my store on Amazon after I told them it was not working out for me after not making much profit. Left me in debt on my AMEX card. I cannot reach out to anyone, all phons are disconnected and cannot reach anyone that I had prior contact info for to resolve the matter on getting my products that was purchased with my Amex card back. RUN! DO NOT Go in business with these ppl.

E-Commerce Scam via Automated Retail and American Wholesalers

Gave it one star because there isn’t an option to rate it lower.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ARC or American Wholesalers in Santa Ana.

Like all the other reviews, I had the same experience.

The Amazon store they set up was suspended because American Wholesalers didn’t have a wholesale agreement to sell the products they put in my store. The manufacturer sent me a stop notice when they saw their product on my store. I immediately contacted Mario Avino at AWS. He told me not to worry and kept the products in my inventory. My account was suspended and ultimately deactivated with thousands of dollars worth of inventory at the Amazon warehouse. Once an account is suspended you can’t do anything from seller central so Amazon has charged me thousands of dollars for storage of my product. No matter how many times I complain via Slack or showing up at their office on Lyon Street in Santa Ana, all they do is have their “dispute expert” in some other country periodically file a dispute letter. ZERO progress since suspension.

Once your Amazon account is suspended, they “make good” by sending you over to Louie who is their resident WalMart “expert”. You get to deal with his condescending and passive attitude while he does you a favor and sets up a WalMart store where you resell Home Depot products which is a clear violation of WalMarts terms. So after losing money and getting suspended for violating their terms and conditions, they blame a Walmart software upgrade for the suspension and say the only way to get back in the game is create new Amazon and Walmart stores and start buying more inventory.

I finally cancelled my business credit card and today I get a message saying they can’t continue filing appeals unless I give them a current payment method. When I said no, they sent me a termination letter and will no longer be supporting me.

Avoid Robert, Jhon, Mario, and Louie unless you like being ripped off.

Total Loss due to Scam

This entire scheme is built to help Automated Retail Commerce build additional selling channels to sell American Wholesalers products. They are owned by the same people and their products get routinely flagged by Amazon. My account got shutdown less than a year after launch and am losing $50 - 60,000.

Filing Complaint at California Attorney General

Just like many of the reviews before mine, the service offer made by the people behind Automated Retail Commerce was misleading. What worse is they closed down just before my 2-year guarantee policy. Imagine that, paying $35,000 with a 2-year profit guarantee but they close down right before it.

While it's true they built me an Amazon and Walmart store, both of them got suspended because Automated Retail Commerce used e-commerce methods against their terms of service.

For Amazon, they said they secured Brand Authorizations for well-known brands. But then Amazon suspended my store because we lacked proper documentation and invoices for the products we sold.

For Walmart, they said selling products from Home Depot on Walmart is fine because everyone is doing it but after further review that was also against Walmart's terms of service.

I have a lot more information to share but this is better used filing with the California AG. If you have been scammed by ARC I would do the same.

Keep in mind Automated Retail Commerce, LLC is based in Florida so I filed a complaint against American Wholesalers LLC which is based in CA. I mentioned that both companies are connected with AW being the supplier and now the responsibile party after ARF closed.

Absolutely a scam

Absolutely a scam. Louie Diaz is a direct player is the ponzi Skeme. Lots of screenshots to prove they are fraudulent. Pursuing Legal Action in every form. Reporting to the BBB @ FTC & Detroit Bar Association etc… for ARC & also for American Wholesalers which they just try to shift the liability over to this new company. Proof of all of this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They completely scammed my dad and are costing him tens of thousands of dollars. They used products on amazon that were not approved through amazon so the whole shop had problems, not to mention they did not manage to give any return on investment. These people are the absolute worst. I don't even know how they manage to stay in business. Oh wait, it is because they will take all of you money and watch you drain your pockets so they can fill theirs.

TOTAL LOSS - ARC and American Wholesalers

I, along with many others who have shared similar experiences, have lost my entire investment with ARC—$35,000 gone, with no refunds provided. They will attempt to offer you a Walmart store as an alternative, but that is also a financial trap. Do not accept it.

American Wholesalers, their so-called partner, contributed to the failure of my store by supplying products that were not authorized for sale. This ultimately led to my store being permanently banned after only six months.

Imagine this: the ARC contract actually forbids you from posting any disparaging remarks online, and if you do, their legal team immediately threatens you to take your post down. That happened to me after I shared my experience. They told me they would stop working to reinstate my store unless I removed my review. I complied and was strung along for another year with false promises.

Today, I have no Amazon store, no recovered funds—only a significant financial loss.

In my opinion, this is a scam. If you’ve experienced similar losses, I strongly recommend seeking legal counsel.

To those involved—Robert, Jhon, Luis, and Mario—your actions speak for themselves.

Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC.

Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC.

I entered into a settlement agreement with ARC Automation in late 2024, which included a structured payout schedule through April 1, 2025. While initial payments were made, as of June 12, 2025, the final payment has not been received.

I have upheld all agreed-upon terms, including removing public content per the agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, ARC has been unresponsive regarding the outstanding amount.

I’m sharing this experience to inform others to exercise caution and ensure any agreements with ARC are upheld and enforceable. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and will update this review if payment is received. These are factual events that have happened.

When I go to ARCs website now it states "Effective April 1st, 2025, ARC Automation LLC has formally assigned all active client contracts, operational responsibilities, and support services to American Wholesalers LLC (AWL)."

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Worst investment ever! Company recruiters will promise you the world. There is NO TRANSPERENCY when it comes to new monthly bills. I have people running a part of my business from the Phillipines. They tell you afterwards what they're suppose to be for. It took "5 MONTHS" for me to make my first sale. My first check from Walmart was sent to another bank, American Express bank. I dont have an American Express bank. When i told Arc about that, they tried to blame me and say that i put the information in wrong. One digit i can understand, even two, but every single number of that acct wasnt even close to any account I have. Someone went into my account and changed the info. Didn't even try to help me get the money back. Told me it was my fault and that money is gone. They installed Nord VPN 2 weeks after that so they could try and cover there ass, then charged me $90 to have it installed. Slow start that never really picked up. Was told they couldn't do more then that in the first 3 months. My sales have tanked after 2 months to 1-2 sales per day. This is no fluke. This was purposely done. These people assigned to run my company and who are a bunch of thieves who steal your money and don't deliver. Next step, the AG's office. SERIOUSLY CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY AND DEFINITELY NOT AUTOMATED RETAIL COMMERCE or AMERICAN WHOLESALERS!

I'm begging you, do not do this

If you are doing your research and you have ended up here. DO NOT DO IT. Do not fall for whatever Robert says. They will try and show you numbers of people who are successful investing with them. I can only speak for myself. I invested 55k total. I paid the 35k fee for them to run the store and the rest went towards inventory. 2 years later it is ALL gone. I am the fool however for thinking this would work. They are all very nice people over zoom and charismatic. However the results are not there. Not to mention having to pay taxes on my money going in a circle. Also I almost got sued by a third party. If you are looking for passive income and somewhere to invest your money go somewhere else. Go into real estate. THIS DOES NOT WORK.

ARC took my money and disappeared

Robert Miller, Jhon Collado and ARC disappeared without fulfilling their obligations. After the huge sum paid, they just disappeared without notice. If you paid ARC + AWL and feel that the information provided in their marketing presentations did not match the actual operation or service that was delivered, you can file a complaint with FBI IC3, FTC, Florida AG, Texas AG and California AG. If enough people file complaints, it'll help them see the trend and hopefully kickoff an investigation.

This has been the worst financial…

This has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. I did the initial $45k investment. I began in July of 2024. In march 2025 my store was deactivated. A reason mentioned by Amazon was for certain goods purchased. After reading other reviews, my store spiraled down the same path that I’m sure getting my store back with Amazon will be unsuccessful. I have lost an additional $6k and called it quits before going even deeper in debt. When I zoomed
, as other reviews read, I was then offered the Walmart route. Before I chanced losing even more, I didn’t pursue it. When I told them I wanted out, their immediate response after me declining Walmart was, “ I was just told earlier today there would be no refunds”. Way to go ARC for taking my hard earned money, and failing my store. I now have to turn to seek legal advice/direction unless they work with me on reimbursing me some of my loss. Will keep you posted …..

I would steer clear of ARC

My Story:
I signed up with ARC in February 2024, paying a $45,000 management fee. While my store generated some revenue, it was consistently in the red. After seven months of trickling sales, Amazon shut down my store. ARC attempted to get it reinstated but ultimately failed.

After accounting for revenue, expenses, and the management fee, I am now out $58,163.87:

REVENUE 5,984.97
Cost of Goods Sold 16,408.92
Dues & Subscriptions 2,739.92
Storefront Management 45,000.00

Total Expenses 64,148.84
Net Income -58,163.87

Final step:
On March 20, 2025, I reached out to ARC via Slack, raising concerns about unexpected attempted charges on my credit card and the poor financial performance of my Amazon store. I also asked whether ARC would assist with startup expenses for a Walmart venture to help rebuild trust after the Amazon failure. ARC responded the next day, making it clear they would not offer support.
Given my experience—unexpected costs, lack of transparency, failure to manage my Amazon store effectively, and unwillingness to take responsibility—I do not recommend ARC for e-commerce management. Proceed with caution.

I'm so thrilled to write that my store has hit an all time HIGH in sales!

I'm so thrilled to write that my store TEAM, who absolutely ROCKS, has now passed the six month mark for my store being opened with much success. With how annoying I can be as a store owner, Meaghan W. and Merylle L. has been extremely patient with all my questions I've had over the months of being open for business. Jan 2025 has hit all time highs for sales and the amount of products being sold on my store. These ladies work so hard and Merylle L. is an absolute BEAST! I am very lucky I get to work with such a professional group and I know they always have the best interest in my store's success. Here is to an fantastic successful 2025 for all of us! Thank you ARC Team and specifically, Meaghan and Merylle. Couldn't do it without you two! Let's keep our success going and crush it :-)

I had been looking into this business…

I had been looking into this business model as my household is an avid consumer and I stumbled upon ARC.

The experience with my online store has been an overall net positive, but the business isn't without it's ups and downs. My account was suspended twice by Amazon without rationale... but Mario and the team were providing support every step of the way throughout this hurdle and managing relations with Amazon.

I was ultimately reinstated and we were operational once again with inventory consistently selling and sales reports gradually growing which is exciting. I don't come from a digital background, yet alone online selling but having the customer support that I've received throughout this business brings me peace of mind.
