I received a parcel containing 2 worn-out tshirts that I didn’t order. Since I was out of the country, my housemates thought I ordered the parcel and they paid for it. This is a SCAM. They may be getting addresses of people who usually order online and send them products that were not ordered. I also learned that after 2 days, another parcel witha more expensive price came in the name of someone else but with our address. Although the courier insisted it was ordered, my housemates did not receive it. I suspect it is from the same company thinking they could scam a second time. Take note that the label did not even indicate the contents of the parcel.

Wish I'd done the research before I bought. Same issue - got a tracking number 24 hours after purchase. Then a weird email about how it was delayed. Three weeks later, still nothing. I emailed and got the same canned "Thank you so much for your email! We ship within a few business days." Like literally the WRONG copy and paste email response. I asked for a refund because there's no reason to not ship in 3 weeks, and they ignored me. Genuinely shocked TT, Meta, etc. allows them to continue advertising considering they're just out here stealing money.

SCAM. Ordered and never received anything.

Never received my order and they refused to refund. Complete scam.

Ordered an item over a month ago. When I saw that it had not shipped 2.weeks later, I asked for a refund. I sent numerous emails asking for a refund without a response. Finally shipped yesterday and got an email today saying they could not refund as it had already shipped. Haha. It will be another month before I get this jacket. Just in time for summer.. never again!!

The advertisement was wrong this coat is cheaply made I will not order again and I will tell all not to order this peacoat it's not a coat for winter 🤬🤬🤬

Thieving scamming rats!

Typical overseas scam company. It took much longer to deliver bc “customs”. When it finally arrived the peacoat didn’t have any smooth lining like advertised, practically see thru when held up to the light, and the warm soft “wool blend” was cheap plastic feeling polyester. I want my $54 back, but as everyone else mentioned their customer service is non existent. Still getting those marketing emails to buy more tho, haha. I wonder if the women all over IG and FB know they’re selling a product that’s a scam. No reviews in all their ads should have been a dead give away for me!

The don’t ship and just keep your money. Contact your bank for a chargeback as these guys are thieves. Definitely a scam.

The delivery company didn't deliver my order and they proceed with refund to Auvora and asked me to contact Auvora directly to request my refund.

I already sent few emails and I have no feedback and no refund.

Items were NOT what was described online. Peacoat was described as wool blend and fully lined. Coat was cheap polyester and not lined at all. Very poor quality.

I am so worried. I found this company on TikTok and purchased not one pair of boots but several. I shared the link with my daughter and daughter -in - law and both replied it was a scam! I am so embarrassed with myself. My order is supposedly on the way. Sooner or later I will find out !

This company needs to be shut down the item I received is an embarrassment and any legitimate company would not have the courage to charge $40 for a piece of crap clothing that I would never ever wear

My story is the same of the other reviewers. I ordered a jacket for my daughter at Christmas and it didn’t fit so I requested a refund right away and have yet to hear back from anyone. I wish these kinds of companies would just go away because it makes shopping online so difficult and expensive. Just an added note… I’ve received probably three emails per day advertising new products, but not one Email dealing with my issue. What a lousy way to run a business! The more I write the more angry I get so I will end this review now.😡

These companies stole thirty seven dollars and fifty six cents from me. I placed an order back december fifth twenty twenty five today.January fifth twenty twenty six I received a notification that my package was delivered at ten forty seven.This morning. The funny thing about that is it was seven a m.And there was no packages at my door this morning, I also have cameras on my front porch and back porch, and I don't see any packages being delivered. I found this company on tiktok, and it really sucks that they allow these people to come on their platform and they are scammers.Buyers please beware of this company.

I ordered a gift for Christmas it never arrived on time and when it did arrive it was the wrong item. No return address company emailed and response was it will cost me 20-30 pound to return it to China. Will be taking it forward with my credit company. Avoid purchasing from this SCAM site

Terrible, I ordered the camel color knee length coat. Looked fantastic on line. Order received approximately 3 weeks later. Coat was not close to what I saw online. Material was cheap, no inner silk liner like seen online. Submitted a return day of delivery. Still waiting on refund. High risk company, don’t risk it.

I received my package on December 16th and immediately requested refund on the same day because item does not look as expected. I have since then emailed several times asking for my return label so I can return within the 30 day window. It’s now been over two weeks and I haven’t gotten any responses. Would not recommend this company as they are not responsive and item takes a while to even get to you. Item Not as pictured

I ordered from their services in November 11th. after waiting for my package, for about two weeks. I should’ve used my brain and know that the clothes were too cheap but as anyone I was decided to find top brands so cheap so I placed my order over $100 but after checking and seeing other reviews on TikTok, I realize I was scammed. I contact them and I let them know that I work for a law firm…and I also sent those screenshots of people saying they never receive their product. I told them that I would be the last person they scam! and they reached out to me . And returned my money and send me an apology..so I don’t know about anyone else, but I was able to talk to someone and get my money back so I decided to check on the package the tracking says it has been delivered to a local distribute company in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Well, it has been 4 days and it’s still sitting there… either way I receive my money back. Just want to see if this package is really come. I’ll give an update but be aware. They are definitely a scam.

I placed an order October 25th...before two trips and intending an item for a Christmas gift. It is now December 28th. After NUMEROUS emails all I got was "be patient" or "thank you for your patience". The LAST tracking I got was from early December from US CUSTOMS in CA. WHY is it supposedly held up in customs and not processing?? I am beyond frustrated. I asked for a refund and got zero response from them. BUYER BEWARE...do NOT order from this company!!
