I was connected with Avance by a colleague. I interviewed for the initial role and never received any feedback. I had to reach out to find out the role had been filled. Ultimately I interviewed for three roles, two of the roles was for the same client. Ultimately I was offered a role. The time from initial contact to job offer happened very quickly. The overall experience was average. There were duplicate communications, communication outside of normal business hours...like 5:00 AM on a Saturday and an overly sense of urgency, I would recommend the team prioritize communication so that it doesn't appear to be nagging, be mindful of time zone differences and provide feedback that could be helpful to each candidate.

I have been retired for years.
I have asked many times for my details to be removed from their database.
I keep getting emails saying “ I came across your profile and was impressed by your background and experience”.
Obviously they don’t pay any attention to their jobs.
They also have no option to unsubscribe from their emails or on their website.
