Great hidden treasure in the heart of Palm Springs!
This was a last minute trip bc we had to cancel a planned trip to Hawaii. Our bags were packed and wanted sun & RR in close proximity to home. What a find!!
Everything about this property surpassed all expectations! Charm…Pool…location…privacy…A++ Only dislike is the daybed in living room instead of a couch. Cute trendy decor…but uncomfortable and not ideal for hanging out… movie…or just sitting.

Great layout for our large family
Great layout for our large family to enjoy Newport and celebrate a college graduation. We absolutely loved having all the beach toys and bikes as well!

This was a beautiful location and very nice house. The view of the beach from the living area, kitchen and back deck was spectacular. No other houses, roads, power lines or other signs of humanity in sight. The house was pretty tight for 6 adults but comfortable for 4.
Check in and out was super easy.

Hospitality and Generosity of Spirit = A+
My experience with the new staff of the Laguna Beach hotel was fantastic, the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality from the staff was terrific! They are very friendly young women who warmed my heart upon checking in and the managers went out of their way to make sure that I was safe and secure in this contemporary cool environment in one of the most beautiful locations in California.

The stay was perfection
The stay was perfection. It was such a close walk to Woods Cove and beautiful beaches! We loved the vietnamese place down the street. The staff was absolutely incredible and made our anniversary so special. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Just a few minutes from restaurants. Loved it!

We had a fabulous time staying at this villa. It definitely has the “wow” factor. It was very spacious and the decor was lovely. We have just a few suggestions that could elevate the experience even more. We missed not having any Kleenex and the Jack and Jill bathroom could use towel hooks behind the doors. Also one dining room chair has a cushion that needs to be secured so it doesn’t pose a potential accident. We loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a great location close…
The house is in a great location close to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and grill on the patio was a bonus. Great kitchen and the house came with plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable. I do wish that the couch was more comfortable.

Amazing service! Nice room!
The people at the front desk were amazing! Some of the nicest hotel workers I have came in contact with and I spend a lot of time in hotels for work.
The room was clean and tidy with a mini fridge and a nice view with slight views of the ocean.
The only thing that was a bit different is the bathroom shown on the pics was not the same of what’s in our room. And with there being no shower door it does just seem to get water everywhere.

The house was very well appointed
The house was very well appointed. All the amenities needed for a group stay. Loved the special touches like the luxurious robes as if we were at a hotel or spa. The thoughtful hydration mixes and drink. And although we were not in town for Coachella or Stagecoach it was cool to have the bandana and toe.

Dishonest company!!
This company is not a honest company. We booked one of their homes in June 2025 for Thanksgiving 2026. Just recently they cancelled our booking. The reason doesn’t make any sense. They said there were booking problems. Really they gave us a really good deal and then realized that they had the wrong nightly price. So they lied and said that they had inventory problems. I know it is a lie because that same house is back up for rent that same week for $14000. The customer is always right is not followed by this company. Be careful if rent from this company they don’t care about the customer just their money hungry company!

Perfect stay!
Unit was exactly as pictured. Modern, clean and well appointed. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink or read your book in the sun. Comfy beds. A lot of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Super easy building and unit access via keypads. Free covered parking connected to the building with easy access as well.
Location was close to the Parthenon and Centennial Park, just off Vandy’s campus- nice area to walk and explore a bit. Very quick and easy Uber/Lyft to the hotspots in town.
There is a Mexican restaurant on the ground floor with a great patio and indoor/outdoor bar, which was a nice surprise!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean and absolutely beautiful. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The home has a beautiful view and was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be booking again.

Overall the place is very nice
Overall the place is very nice. It was clean and a good location and the pool was lovely. A few things to improve on - We didn’t have hot water but they fixed that. It stays very hot in the downstairs bedrooms. One of the fan did not work in one of those rooms and there were cockroaches downstairs.
