I recently rented a car from Avci Rental and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, the staff were professional and friendly, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.

Pick-up and drop-off were quick and efficient, with no hidden charges or surprises. I really appreciated the flexibility and great customer service throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be using Avci rental again for future rentals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience.

Nytt kjøretøy, de svarer på spørsmål. Bilen min var en ny bilmodell, den var veldig ren og de ansatte svarte på alle de tekniske spørsmålene jeg stilte om bilen. Han var en respektfull gentleman. Han svarte på spørsmålene mine på en enkel og forståelig måte. Det var ingen problemer med kjøretøyet under leieperioden, og returprosessen gikk raskt. Jeg hadde en god opplevelse, uten problemer.

Я выбрала эту компанию для аренды автомобиля, потому что слышала, как мои друзья рассказывали о своем положительном опыте. Процесс онлайн-бронирования был очень прост: несколькими щелчками мыши я выбрал нужный мне автомобиль и определился с датами. Поскольку в день приезда я уже был в Анталии, я отправился в офис на своих средствах, персонал встретил меня радушно. После короткого обмена информацией они показали мне арендованный автомобиль. Автомобиль оказался идеальным как с точки зрения внутреннего, так и внешнего содержания, мне не пришлось столкнуться ни с одной из проблем, с которыми я сталкивался в предыдущих прокатах. Во время поездки я был очень доволен комфортом и динамикой автомобиля. Для меня было очень важно чувствовать себя в безопасности во время поездки, и этот автомобиль обеспечил это. Процесс возврата автомобиля также был очень быстрым. Я снова выберу эту компанию!

Como el coche que había reservado no estaba listo, me dieron un vehículo de categoría superior y no me cobraron un suplemento por ello. El servicio que me prestaron después de recibirme en el aeropuerto fue muy bueno y el personal amable. Para una mujer que viaja sola en mitad de la noche, este tipo de comodidad es muy importante. A la vuelta, volví a su oficina, comprobaron el vehículo y me dejaron en el aeropuerto sin cargo alguno. Sin duda recomendaría AVC Global.

Die Abholung am Flughafen Antalya bei 40 Grad mit einer Stunde Verspätung. Bei Autoübergabe muss man selbst Fotos von den vorhandenen Kratzern machen, sonst kann man schön den Schaden bezahlen. Auf die Mietkaution musste ich 3 Wochen warten. Mails, Anrufe blieben unbeantwortet. Bei der Rücküberweisung der Kaution gab es nur Probleme. Ich kann nur sagen, nie mehr wieder.

Ich musste wochenlang auf meine Kaution 900 EUR warten. Auf meine Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Am Ende wurde mir 850 EUR überwiesen. Es hieß, dass es wegen Kursschwankungen einbehalten wurde. Ich wurde danach nur noch ignoriert. Ich empfehle ihnen seriösere Mietwagenvermieter.

They are the best!!!! When I arrived to Antalya airport they welcomed me and take me to their office in a garage which is close to airport, it took 4 minutes to reach there. They explained everything about vehicle and rental process, while they prepare paperwork’s they offered me so tasty coffee, thank you for everything, see you next time!

Ich habe ein Fahrzeug bei diesem Unternehmen angemietet. Bei der Anmietung wurden die vorhanden Kratzer, Dellen gar nicht festgehalten. Ich solle doch Fotos machen. Bei der Rückgabe hat man mir angehaftet für einen Schaden verantwortlich zu sein, was nicht stimmte. Die haben dann 280 EUR für einen Kratzer von 3 cm einbehalten. Die Kaution 900 EUR wurde von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Die Erstattung erfolgte nach 6 Wochen. Es fehlten zusätzlich 50 EUR. Vermieter erklärte, das läge an den Kursschwankungen. ich empfehle auf andere Autovermieter auszuweichen.

This rental is partner with Viaggare. And they tool 320€ for a scratch that was not even a foul. The scratch was maybe 3mm of size, and they charged too much. Either they have give any picture of that they have fix it. They tried to sell me a Insurance of of about 3400€. From first they they said are you sure, if you dont take then it can be worried for me.

And yess, they finalized their thought. If you are hit by a little stone, that is very normal anywhere you go, they will charge you also for that. Have been in many country, never experience so bad company.

The staff tried to be nice, and even said to me, we dont think we will charge you anything, but on the paper they said its just a normal routine. They even didnt sent any picture, no contract, and I was happy that I also took picture of contract.

Check their reviews other places. Its look like the company is doing same things over all.
So stay away from them. Choose better companies, not little companies like this.

The car that they rent us is new and clean , the employers of the company had very good behaviors and how they greet with us as turist was respectfull as a example after regiving car to the company they did free airport transfer for us,the price according to car was realy fair.
ماشینی که برای ما ارائه داده بودند نو و تمیز بود, کارکنان شرکت خیلی خوش رفتار بودند و جوری که با یک توریست رفتار میکردند قابل احترام بود برای مثال بعد از تحویل ماشین به شرکت انها ما را از دفتر شرکت تا فرودگاه
رساندند و قیمت نسبت به ماشین خیلی عادلانه بود

While dropping off the vehicle after a 10-day rental period, I was surprised with a minor scratch all along the back left door (part 3). I have agreed with the driver of the company that the damaged part is 3 only and he recorded a video and took pictures at the airport before I left for my home country. After two weeks, the company charged me Euro 760, saying that the minor scratch damaged all 4 parts of the left side. I used the company driver's video and pictures to prove that the only damaged part is 3, and that part 2 which is the driver's door is clean and I accepted to bare responsibility for this damaged part and pay Euro 320, knowing that repairing the minor scratch won't cost that much because it can be repaired by polishing and not painting and I promised to remove the negative comment if they accept, but they refused. On the other hand, they removed Euro 40 from the charge because they couldn't prove the damage of part 4. I wish I can attach pictures to show you the minor scratch which cost me Euro 720.
