I have to agree with the other people who wrote about this place being a total scam outfit. They advertised as if they were going out of business and they showed some nice jewelry but what I received was pure, "Made In China" junk!

This company is fake and misleading

This company is fake and misleading. They are using photos of an elderly white couple who is retiring from the jewelry business. It probably is just a photo they found somewhere to attract people. The pictures of the jewelry look top quality made, but the jewelry I received was PUMP!! It was pure trash. Then they had the nerve to offer me a 10% discount to keep the junk. I am reaching out to my legal team to see if I can start a claim for false advertising from this fraudulent company. So anyone thinking of ordering from this company please read the reviews first and don’t do it. There should be a law against people shamming other people out of their hard earned money.

JUNK JEWELRY!!!

Overpriced Junk - Wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. Jewelry on website is beautiful but what I received is little more than plastic junk. Trying to return for days but getting nowhere!! This is not a legitimate company! Do not buy from them!?

These people are scammers- a month before I got my orders and nothing as it was as described-they are plastic. Asked for a refund they offered me 4%back I refused- They advised it may not passed through customs to stop me from posting it back- I asked them if your postage passed through customs why would my return not pass through customs? They never answered. The return address they gave me was different from the one on the envelope. Asked them why they didn’t answered but just to cover myself with my bank they send it to the one they provided twice. After a month royal mail send it back to be. Send all evidence to my bank.
This company-it’s not even a company it an individual ordering from the likes of SHINE and posting back to their customers that’s why it takes long to receive it.
They also trade in the name of Pacific Jewels.
BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT LIGIT

SCAM COMPANY – FAKE, FRAUDULENT & DISGRACEFUL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the WORSE company I’ve ever dealt with. An absolute scam.
1. They sent me the wrong bundle — I had to contact them multiple times and send screenshots just to prove their mistake.
2. The second bundle they sent? FAULTY with false advertisement! the items were cheap, flimsy plastic trash — completely fake and nothing like the photos. When I called them out, they had the audacity to say it’s just the “brightness” in the pictures. Seriously? Ignored the real issue

I asked for a refund — they dodged me for days. When they finally responded, they told me to return the items at my own expense to the Netherlands. And then dropped this message

“This is our return address, also if the parcel stuck in custom, we can’t help you there.”

So if it gets lost or stuck? No refund. Not their problem. I’ve lost money that they took! fake, low-quality junk and a customer service team that does everything to avoid responsibility.

Even SHEIN treats customers better than this. And that says a lot. Shein at least gets your order right or gives you a refund without the circus.

This company is a disgrace. Fake products, fake service, fake everything.
Do NOT fall for their fake photos and empty promises.

Poor quality products definitely NOT worth the price posted on the website. It also looks like the items would come in nice packaging not plastic wrap sheets.

This is a SCAM!

This is a SCAM!! Avoid this site!! I ordered a bracelet and a necklace beginning of March and they haven't arrived yet. I emailed customer service, twice and asked for a refund. Of course they haven't refunded my money! All they say is that I will receive the items soon, but I don't trust them anymore!! What a joke...😡😡😡

I ordered the silver stack I was looking forward to receiving this due to all the good reviews I had seen. What they don’t tell you on the website is that all there jewellery is made in China luckily I got this stack in the sale which was still £40 and I wouldn’t say the quality nor the services are worth this considering it was meant to be £150. On top of this once my parcel arrived which was meant to be express shipping which I ended up waiting three full weeks for they had sent me an incorrect item within the order which was gold. I had already been in conversation about getting a part refund due to the disappointment of their services, as soon as I informed them I had an incorrect item they then decided to back track and not offer me this refund and thought that sending me the correct item was a good enough apology. This was sent over a week and a half ago and I am still waiting for this item to come and trying to talk to the team who are now ignoring me. I definitely would not recommend wasting your money on this brand.

Scam company

What disgusting service from this company!
Order two pieces of jewellery in January and I have still not received the items or my refund.
First they told me the package was stopped at customs and they were resending, then they said it had been delivered, when I complained again they said the have asked for items to be resent and I needed to be patient, it’s now end of March.

Would give less than one star

Would give less than one star. This stuff is typical town market stuff that you wouldn’t look twice at. Not close to the images shown on their instagram or website. Just cheap looking junk with greatly inflated prices from the 25p I imagine it costs to produce. So disappointed. Then return at your own cost to another country so just keep throwing good money away for this rubbish. AVOID.

My order took a long time to arrive

My order took a long time to arrive. When it arrived, the bracelet broke within a day of wearing it. I complained and was told they’re delicate. I totally understand that, however, it should not have broken after one day.
