Great customer service. I had a few questions about a product and they were very quick to respond helped smooth out the purchase process.
What a gem
What a gem. I ordered some snowshoes off of their website because they came in nearly $100 cheaper than many other stores. I did want them fairly quickly however, so I was weary of buying from an unknown business. After reading some reviews, I figured I'd give it a try. I don't know how they did it... but, my package was shipped out the next morning (I ordered at midnight) and arrived 2 days later. It's not like I'm particularly close to their store either. I'm many states away. I would happily buy from them again and recommend them. Good businesses are hard to come by... this is one of the few.
They send fake promotions to customers…
They send fake promotions to customers who sign up for emails, the cancel orders on specials that they have on their website because they call them mistakes. They are either scammers or extremely incompetent.
Bought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike
Bought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike, but no follow up information on shipping after a week. So I called and was told it will be there this week. Two weeks later still no bike and now no return of my calls or messages left on their web page chat box. If you don't have the item ready to ship, then don't take my money.
Follow up to the message by the company. Before I bought the bike I rang up and asked if it would be delivered to MA. Was told no problem. Several times rang up and given timelines that did not hold true as well as having been promised return calls that were not followed up on. So don’t say you went above and beyond, you dropped the ball.

Horrendously unprofessional, rude and disrespectful owner. ZERO empathy.
I purchased what I thought was a garmin edge charging port cover as thats what I searched and was presented an single item that looked like what I need. It was not.
Long story short, I was going to be charged 10 dollars to ship a few ounce at most item so I added a 20 dollar case for the edge 530 to justify it. I of course then removed the 8 dollar one out of my amazon cart.
After receiving the wrong one I reached out to the company and spoke with Carl their CEO who seemed more inclined on being condescending, rude and pointing out how it was all my fault.
ZERO compassion, ZERO professionalism BUY WITH CAUTION.
Update after seller response:
They even went as far as to delete their own responses on Facebook along with blocking me because they were so insulting and unprofessional. I as a 25 year IT professional know how to search and even provided screen shots of my verbose search terms and the wrong item coming up.
Bottom line is as you can tell this company cares far more about profit than being right. Sure, I could have returned that item for $4.99- a few dollars in posted stamps to ship across the country... However, after I realized how disgusting. They talk to customers. I decided I just wanted a total refund and to do business elsewhere. Ultimately, customers will make their own decisions. However, my recommendation is you avoid this company and Carl, it's profit first minded CEO like the plague.
I wouldn't take the time to write these if I didn't feel they were exceptionally out of line. Companies that do customers right typically don't have to hide their actions. Just saying.

Great experience. I have been looking for a Salsa JourneyMan24 and they have been impossible to find. Before Salsa would not allow shipping of their bikes, but recently they changed their policy and Aventuron had it in stock. Ordered the bike it shipped the next day and had it in 5 days. Bike arrived in perfect condition and setup was very easy. Got it built up and shifting was perfect, brakes were adjusted, and cables were run correctly through the bike. My son is very happy to have this bike to go on some longer rides with me.
I ordered a strider bike with pedals
I ordered a strider bike for my granddaughters 3rd bday. I was excited to see the bike on sale. I wanted to get a bike with a pedal package. When it arrived it only contained the bike. When I emailed to see when the pedal kit was coming they said I only ordered the bike. There are still adds on their site that say the bike with the pedals only now it says sold out. There is now a new higher price. I buy many products online and have never had a retailer not consider they made a mistake and offer some kind of solution. It was shocking to me.
I would never do business with this company again!
