I don't trust Averora, unfortunately
I ordered my TrueShape item 20 days ago. It took about 10 days to update me that the product was shipped. But since then, the Shipping Company's tracking says "WAITING FOR DETAILS" and when I investigate further, it does show progress on their website, but its all just moving around China, and very vague information like "Departed airport" "Arrived at airport." Which Airport? Is it in the states?
I ordered this to wear under my baby shower dress to feel supported and help with chafing. There is still no ETA or real information. Now I'll have to find something similar with less than a week before the party.

I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and uncertainty you’ve faced with your order. You are absolutely right, the lack of clear updates and the delay is unacceptable, and I completely understand how stressful this must be.
As a small team, we used to face challenges managing all shipping details as quickly as we would like, but that’s no excuse.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My order was placed well over a month ago and is still being “processed.” I’ve been trying to get the order cancelled and refunded for the past two weeks, but their customer service representatives are absolutely useless and have done nothing except stall and waste my time. DO NOT buy anything from this site. It’s definitely a scam.

This was from July when we were struggling with major fulfillment delays.
Reviews like yours were a wake-up call that pushed us to make real changes - different shipping carrier, faster shipping times and better communication.

Product was order over a month ago and…
Product was order over a month ago and it’s never showed up. Keeps saying attempted delivery which never happened or possible since I live at a house where failed delivery isn’t possible. I also have a mailbox.
I’ve reached out multiple times to the delivery service with no help given. I won’t even be pregnant anymore by the time this product arrives
