Alex, the surveyor, did three surveys for me all told. He is excellent at his job, extremely knowledgable, called before-hand and after each survey to tallk the property through. Would hot hesitate to recommend.

Andrew came to do our survey and valuation , arriving early and clearly explaining what he needs to do and how long it takes , he did his job, checked a few details with us and that was it. Very detailed report done quickly.

I got in touch with Avery & Co through their website after finding them on the RICS website. After making my query, I was given a detailed outline of what each survey included. We opted to go for the Home Survey Level 2 plus a Valuation. I first spoke to Pam who was very helpful and even managed to push our survey forward. Andrew (surveyor) then gave me a call and discussed my concerns prior to the survey taking place. I then received the report around 6 days later and it was very detailed. I asked for a follow up call with the Surveyor and this took place the same day. Andrew answered the questions we had and as a result we were able to also get the price dropped for the property due to the survey findings. Would recommend Avery & Co to anyone looking to get a survey done on their potential house.

We found the experience very organised. Pam was very helpful and efficient.

The only suggestion I have is if photos could be taken by the surveyors to be included in their reports.

Other than that a very good report was provided.
