The personal touch!
Alex rang me to ask if there was anything I needed him to look at particularly before he went in to start the survey.
He got the survey to us in record time which was brilliant. It saved us from going any further which a purchase that would have been more costly than we anticipated. Thank you. I consider the cost of the survey as money well spent!

They were fantastic from start to finish, we could always speak to somebody on the phone, and the surveyor called on the day of the survey to ask if we had any particular concerns about the property beforehand. The report was received promptly via email, and the surveyor was very kind In taking time to talk through it with us so any parts we were confused about made sense :)
Would highly recommend Avery & Co to anyone buying a house.

The service provider by Avery was excellent from start to finish. My initial contact was with Lou in the admin team who quickly helped me choose and setup the survey. Communication throughout was prompt and helpful. The report from Karl was clear, detailed and well presented. Homebuyer survey Level 2
Very prompt response on initial query regarding availability and price.
Andrew, the surveyor, phoned on the morning of the survey to clarify a couple of potential issues and asked if there was anything in particular on which I would like him to focus.
The report was emailed through the following afternoon (how efficient).
Having looked over the report for a couple of days I asked that Andrew contacted me to discuss the report which he did later that day.
Andrew answered all my questions fully and clarified any statements within the report.
An excellent service from start to finish.

We very happy with the surveying…
We very happy with the surveying process that was carried out on our potential purchase. We had some issues raised as urgent by Alex our surveyor which required us contacting him directly. Alex’s expertise helped us with our decisions to be made with our progress on the property we are purchasing.
