We have been working with Avid Brio to set up our Australian small business and they've been extremely helpful with the website including designing the frameworks back end edits, recommended app plug in and quick responses. They have also provided assistance with a Google campaigns and EDM designs for us and would recommend - we now work on a retainer basis. You just have to be aware of the timezone difference when working together.

I've been collaborating with Avid Brio for over a year, and they consistently deliver high-quality products efficiently and swiftly.
There was an incident where we encountered a significant security issue that resulted in considerable damage. The responsibility for the mishap was shared between both parties, and realistically, Avid Brio could have stepped back since addressing the issue required a substantial investment of their time, without any financial benefit. However, they chose to tackle the problem head-on. Not only did they fix the issue during a holiday period, but they also ensured everything was resolved thoroughly. This action significantly bolstered my trust in their commitment and reliability.
We operate multiple Shopify Plus stores across various countries, and Avid Brio has been instrumental in developing our entire web presence.
