I asked for the same award as the previous year. The ones I received are 70% smaller.
Awards.com just tried to convince me I asked for the smaller size. Which I didn’t. Would change to 0 stars if I could.

After reviewing the order and prior communications, you specifically requested item AWD2851-H-L (2.5” x 3”), whereas your previous order was for the larger 4” x 6” version (AWD2854-H-L). While both are part of the same product line, they are different sizes and priced accordingly.
We’re always happy to help ensure repeat orders match exactly, but we do rely on the item details provided at the time of order, as needs can change year to year. That said, we’re sorry for the disappointment.
If you’d like, we’re happy to assist with a discounted reorder in the larger size.
Update to edited review: No one was trying to “convince” you of anything. As part of our standard process, we reviewed the order details to understand what happened and prevent future issues.
