Good experience with customer service
I placed an order with this company. A few days later, when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them by chat and they informed me that there had been a delivery problem in Spain. I therefore asked for a refund, which I received a few days later. I am personally satisfied with the customer service. Just to say that it will be better to have a phone number than Chat for me

Love these guys
Love these guys. Great curation of drinks but it's the service that is impressive. Ordered on Thursday morning for a party on Saturday and was worried if delivery would arrive on time. It arrived on Thursday afternoon! Super, super impressive.

The purchase was easy, I was curious to taste for the first time this kind of "wines".
The delivery was not so good, took more time than was expected, there was no information regarding the delivery. It arrived today, in a plastic bag, no box... What a shame!

One of the items has some alcohol in them...
The order arrived in time, perfect condition, the drinks are really really good! The only thing was that one of them does have some alcohol in it and that surprised me a bit.
