This is a great company !!! i have bought around 10-15 charms and now a bracelet <3 Really love how affordable and well made everything is. I've had my first ones from here for about a year or more and nothing has broken, no discolouring and everything fit perfect with the bracelets bought directly from pandora. I've lowkey been gate-keeping this as i was scared of them putting their prices up 🤭 but they are legit and everything come packaged nicely in little baggies and in a box!!! (Of course some thank you stickers on it to make it cute!!) Love this company and would 10000% order from them again. Much love from Copenhagen <3

Excellent service, delivery prompt, quality of charms excellent. I have ordered the silver and most recently gold plated charms. So much cheaper than Pandora! Very happy!

I ordered charms for xmas present they came were good so ordered more for my daughterinlaw's birthday in January for February got sent an email on their way got a message to say postman could not delivery noone home so rang the post department to trace this parcel nothing so got back intouch with Axa to find out if they were sent , received another email to say they have resent the goods so I thought brillent in the meantime my daughterinlaw 's birthday has been and gone had to get another gift from someone else still nothing from Axa no charms then received another email they refunded my money so they lied about resending PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE PATHETIC and not to be trusted

Bought a charm. They sent the wrong one, getting in touch was slow and painful. They resent a second charm, but it took 4 days although I'd paid for 48 hours service. The second charm turned up and was black and not silver as advertised /ordered. I contacted them again and they told me the colour was right, black is the colour of their sterling silver charms - it looked nothing like the advertised picture too.

I did get a full refund, but I'd avoid this company at all costs.

I have done 3/4 orders now, always arrive within 2 days after order and look great

Never got my order 08/12/25 then contacted them sent a lot of info saying it was not delivered then they sent another tracking number saying i will get it on 17/12/25 never got it contacted them still not got back to me very poor 👎

2nd order placed on Thursday delivered Saturday charms excellent couldn't ask for better I am so pleased with this company and the goods they sell very good quality without the high price tag will be ordering again

Bought 2 charms for a pandora bracelet - neither fitted as the holes were too small dispite being copies of actual pandora charms. One literally fell apart as i was trying to push it on (which i couldnt as too small) and the others clasp was loose so wouldnt hold close and just fell open. A complete waste of money. One of them also looked a very different colour and the 'gems' in the other didnt even look like glass, they looked plastic and had no clarity or shine at all.

I love them!Good quality,absolutely it's worth it! I will order again!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! was supposed to get 3 charms and was charged twice for delivery also only got 2 charms, didn't send me a receipt for my order and all customer service have said is my order has been forfilled and haven't replied since NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!

Charms are fantastic quality. Our daughters have very expensive taste and expect lots of charms at Xmas, the Axa charms are identical to Pandora and 10% of the price. We have purchased 12-14 charms now and all have been excellent. Royal Mail were late with their special delivery (only by a couple of hours) but I did contact customer service and they were very quick to respond and helpful. I would recommend paying extra for delivery as it’s not the sellers fault Royal Mail are so poor (if using the standard free postage). Would highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.

Super happy with the charms I ordered. Fast delivery and the quality is brilliant can not believe the price. They look as good as more expensive ones. My daughter is going to be extremely happy 😊

I am very happy with my first purchase from Axa Charms. Having bought a number of charms for a gift I found that one charm didn't fit the bracelet. My issue was dealt with promptly and a more suitable charm was despatched immediately.
Customer service at Axa Charms is excellent, the products are very pretty and I will definitely be buying from them again. And again.

Quick delivery and really pleased with my charms. I ordered one initially and had no issues with delivery or the charm, a Disney Mickey sorcerer, which looks the same as on the pandora website. I've since ordered 5 more and again extremely pleased with my charms, all Disney to complete my Disney charm bracelet and arrived within a week. So much cheaper than pandora and I can't tell the difference, I have genuine pandora charms to compare. I have only positive things to say about this site and paid using PayPal incase of any issues.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased 3 charms for my mums new Pandora bracelet. Within 3 months, the charms went completely black and rusty, and also ruined the other genuine Pandora charms and bracelet. Contacted the company and they took no responsibility.

I have ordered few days ago, charms were amazing. I was having doubts on some points but I dicussed with their customer support and they helped me alot.
