The first item I ordered had broken, customer service was very responsive and quick to help. I was able to replace the item in less than a week without any issue.
Understanding, Respectful, and Loyal
I reached out about an issue I was experiencing and I got very prompt responses. They were very understanding and willing to work with me on getting things resolved. To my surprise I was able to get a replacement sent despite it being over 6 months since I purchased it. They really want me to have and enjoy clean ears and they proved it!

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with my camera getting fuzzy after i had it for 1 yr, customer service helped me troubleshoot it. After trying everything they had told me they sent me a replacement. I love this product, and customer service was exceptional.
Stay away from this company!
This device wouldn’t work in my hairy ears. Customer service was rude, tried to get my to pay to return it, and still have yet to issue my refund, even though I’ve followed their return policy exactly.

Received a faulty Glade and contacted support which they soon replaced after initial trouble shooting. The device was frustrating to figure out at first since it was a technical issue but everything worked out in the end and customer support was very helpful.

I have had terrible experiences ordering things from Instagram ads, but I took a risk and purchased one of these ear scopes to check it out. When I got it the unit didn’t work at all, and I figured I was burned again but sent an email anyways. They responded super quick, sent a replacement out that day, and I was talking to the same rep the whole time which was helpful. The new unit works great, and I appreciate this kind of good solid customer service.
