Ear infection risks and beware

I got ear infection using this product just once and had to see a doctor. People with sensitive ear like myself should be careful and not risk infection.
The company has yet to even respond to my request for return label to ship the product back. I hope I get my refund.

First Spade that was sent out was…

First Spade that was sent out was faulty. After discussing with customer service, eventually did send a replacement and it works as described. My ear canals are weird so the scooper that came with the package was slightly larger than I'd like, but I'm sure it will work with most people. Camera works as intended and very bright light, so that helps when it's in my ears. Customer service did good, and it was a solid second impression that will give my review 5 stars.

Outstanding Company that stands behind their product!

Let me begin by saying how impressed I am with Axel Glade. However, the customer service, in my opinion, is superb. I had my device for several months, and I ran into a slight issue with the unit. Customer service was excellent. I answered a few questions and sent over some images of the device and my box and a new unit being shipped over to me. Let me be clear; my unit was over six months old, so technically no action was required on their part but to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. I highly recommend the Axel Glade. It truly is a game-changer and having the support behind the device is what truly makes me recommend this product to all my friends and family members.

I got excellent customer service from Ellen Cellan, who made my return process seamless - including a return shipping label and helping to process my CC refund.

Top-notch and please keep folks like Ellen around for Customer Service.

Great product; better service

Great product. Had a technical issue and contacted support. Received a swift response which included some suggestions and ideas to try. After just a couple of exchanges, they found a solution that worked for us (replacement) and got it handled quickly. Top notch.

WOW....just WOW!!

This has to be hands down the best money I've ever spent. Works just as they advertised and saves me a trip to the Dr. office to have my ears flushed every 6 months. GREAT quality to the product and the camera feature makes this so easy to see what is actually going on in there.

The customer care was spot on and responsive. The shipping was 1-2-3 and came in a box that resembled an iPhone.

I cannot recommend this product enough!!

SPADE Device repalacement

Customer service for my defective SPADE ear unit was very responsive. Excellent customer service. A new unit was quickly provided. No problems what so ever!

Customer service above expectations

Had not received my Spade for almost a week and am used to receiving tracking info from companies and that had not been the case here. So I looked around the website and found a contact email address. My experience is that there is rarely a live person at the other end of that address and replies are rare, but decided to request an update. Sent it out late in the afternoon and when I went down to check my mail -- my Spade was in the box. Not an hour later I got an email from Axel Glade (a real, live person contacted me) saying that their records showed it had been delivered. Timing is everything! LOL Was amazed that the representative, Ellen Cellan was so incredibly prompt. Thanks Ellen!

This company is top notch

This company is top notch, I had a axle glade device and I had an issue with it. Axle has addressed the issue and was very quick will all responses and communication. This company has set the standard in customer service, keep up the great work!

I received the Spade device as a gift

I received the Spade device as a gift. It was not working but I reached out to customer service and had immediate response. When the device still did not work, they sent me a new one and it has worked perfectly. Good product and great service.

Awesome customer service

I received my Spade as a gift from my daughter. It didn’t not work. However, after contacting Ellen at Axel Glade my Spade was replaced. I am very pleased with this product and their customer service. Thanks
