I did the Career Programme with Axia Futures in their Cyprus office and it was such a great learning experience. Not only was the content very thourough and worth its weight in gold alone, but also the added experience doing it on the floor and being a short distance away from other developing grad traders and live traders was immense! Looking forward to continuing my journey further!

After the career training program and then doing the blueprint and training deeply under the AXIA framework i was breakeven after 12 months and now just become profitable 16 months in and making monthly draws. Axia Futures presents itself as a professional trading education provider, but my experience raises serious concerns about how the program is structured and what you actually get for the money.

The approach feels highly formulaic - you’re guided through a rigid framework that is presented as “proven,” but in practice it comes across more like a one-size-fits-all system rather than something genuinely tailored to individual traders. That might work in theory, but markets don’t behave in a formulaic way, and this disconnect becomes obvious over time.

What’s more concerning is how the cost structure plays out. Progression through the program seems to rely on continued participation and additional commitments, which can make the overall cost much higher than initially expected. There’s a sense that you’re being kept within the system rather than being equipped to operate independently.

To be clear, trading is inherently risky, and no course can guarantee success. But that’s exactly why transparency and realistic expectations matter - and in this case, I don’t feel those were fully aligned with how the program is positioned.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering this to think carefully, do independent research, and be very clear on the total commitment - both financially and in time - before getting involved.

Waste of time, think deeply if you want to buy their courses.
Half of the course keeps repeating that they'll show you the "strategies" later on. They start discussing in the same video that they'll explain the logic behind, say, footprint moves, and do literally nothing, they explain what happened after the fact rather than how you could've read flows. Super weak.
In the end, you get no value, as it seems like the person who made the course has 0 practical knowledge or application, all videos are constantly talking about theoretical concepts and motivation, how to be consistent, like what the flying f*...
This is not actionable and not something a trader is looking for. If you want to spend hours and hours to hear the same thing that you have to be consistent and that you don't understand what liquidity is, go ahead, but I was expecting more in-depth course with actionable things I could apply in my trading. It's not worth even $10/course, not to mention thousands of dollars they are charging.

Solid content explained in detail. Questions are answered in a timely manner. While there is a significant amount of coursework delivered in a short period of time, the ability to go back and review content after the end of the course provides students the ability to work through the content at a slower speed and fully grasp the material

I've been trading for decades, with some nice big option trades here and there average success , life developments conveyed and I decided to switch careers and reinvent myself from agriculture to trading as a profession. Axia 6 week is a very detailed program with a lot of knowledge you wont find in any book. What to expect down the career road and they give you many yard sticks to weigh your progress . Bottom line is if your trading your trading against people with insane vast knowledge of what works collectively . I believe Axia is a bridge to an end that is very-extremely difficult . The course was exactly what I needed, to have intensive education by people who trade consistently in a professional company was an opportunity I could not have missed. The quality of content and teaching of how to implement the techniques in the market exceeded my expectations. Richard has a way of explaining Axia's content at a level that gives the student a formidable understanding. Lastly, the course was enjoyable - which makes everything better. I can't wait to start the 6-week course in August.

I found the course very interesting and very well prepared. Richard was five stars, he explained everything very well and in a way that we understood easily. I participated in the 1 week intensive course on site and the experience was unique. In the one week Richard explained all the relevant tools a trader needs in a nutshell. There were plenty of practical examples. It was a very instructive and intensive week with many "aha" moments. No question remained unanswered. Thanks to Richard and the entire Axia team for the opportunity.

Incredible experience, so much knowledge and material condenses into six weeks. Excellent instructor and lessons. Highly recommend the course, only wish I could have taken a course like this twenty years ago.

If you're keen to learn about professional prop trading then Axia gives you a good insight into what it means to be a prop trader. The course covers all bases around markets, correlations, order flow and some technical patterns. The thing I liked most about Axia is that everyone is or was a trader, people with years of experience are teaching you so they know what they're talking about. Access to experience is immense at Axia, would defo recommend. This is not a get rich quick scheme and I would not take the course if you're expecting this.

I had a great experience with the Axia Futures Career Program. I read some reviews before attending. These reviews gave me the confidence to attend, so I am happy to write one as well.

I was first interested because Axia focuses on Order Flow based edge along with Data/News/Central Banks. My knowledge of these subjects was nearly zero before the Career Program. I knew how important these subjects are, and wanted to fill in this knowledge gap.

Firstly I attended in-person, in London, and was very happy with this decision. Getting to see how a trading floor operated for the first time, really showed me behind the veil. It also gave me the opportunity to interact with some of the traders and staff while I was there, which was huge. As well as the connections I made with the other students, whom I still keep in contact with.

For the class itself; Richard is an amazing teacher and I couldn't think of anyone better to teach the course. His knowledge of the above subjects was truly impressive- I would very easily call him a subject matter expert. The course contained a lot of information about areas that I had little to no knowledge, but I can say that the course built a solid foundation for my futures trading career. I was able to get assistance with the trading software and felt confident on using the different platforms and applying the principles after the course.

I kept in contact with the Axia team after the program and was given an opportunity to trade on one of the trading floors and am here right now. Trading is not easy, but surrounding yourself with positive experienced traders has helped my trading in so many ways.

You never know the knowledge you will gain, the relationships you will build, and what doors those may open in the future.

If I could go back would I have done it the same way and am very grateful for my time with Axia. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have very mixed feelings about Axia.
I have several of their courses and I took their 6 week career training as well.

In summary, I feel it was a waste and feel that for the money, extended training or coaching or a full refund is justified.

Allow me to outline issues:
1) I can't say if the customer service is bad or if they just don't have any. I requested a call back after the course and never heard from anyone.

2) The 6 week career training is not very interactive. You would really be just as well off taking an online program.

3) The 6 week career training covers a lot of material and FAST. I don't know how anyone could ingest it as fast as it is delivered.

4) They provide a trial version of the software for the class. They do not help you set up charts. And the classes are taught on a different software then they give you to use. This was a big complaint of mine.

5) They do not teach a specific trading strategy. Instead, they teach different styles of analyzing the market and then you would create your own strategy over the following year OR TWO.

6) I primarily took the course to learn Order Flow. While we spent a good week learning about Order Flow. They kind of teach that it comes down to FEEL. I don't like feel. I can't say if their Order flow training is good or not. I still don't understand.

7) You have a limited amount of time to access the courses. But the information is so Indepth that you could benefit from being able to reference it forever.

8) I expected the 6 week career training to be taught live and to be much more interactive. You will watch an average of 3 hours of recorded lecture followed by an hour of Q&A. I would suggest watching some of their other training videos to get a feel and see if it is a style of training, you will be able to learn from. The Q&A wasn't good at all. You can't talk and have to text in on the discord.

The information is delivered and explained where a new trader could learn, but due to the amount of information given I would expect that it would be better utilized by an experienced trader looking to up their game.

I want to add that I live in the USA, Mountain time zone. So, it was a 7 hour time difference for me. I took off work for the course. You could watch the recordings a day behind, but that's a lot of material to go over every day after work.

So I am leaving a review for their education branch, not their prop trading business. Started their intro course about a month ago. Some of the information is very poorly presented, some of it is mind-blowing. As we are going through indicators and technical analysis, I fell asleep. Literally. It was after work and the monotonous and quite frankly boring way the speaker gives the info is not presented in a way that helps the viewer, IT IS very calmly presented with some examples. The slides are often overfilled with technical gibberish. Despite this, I would certainly recommend them! They are active practicing traders with many years of edge seeking experience. Lightyears better than some of the other online educators I witnessed.
