The worst bank ever. I have been kept lien by cyber crime on my axis bank so I explained everything and file a defreeze order in Judiciary court and the court havs given order to defreeze I went bank and given they said it will take 2days and when I went later they said we need ncrp number on court order so I went to court explained to then the court said to file a comtemp of court on bank and also called the cyber crime and said to send email to defreeze the IO sir sent email with the court order copy and after that too the bank said they need ncrp number without that we don't follow court order or cyber crime order then I explained the cyber crime so the officer said Judiciary system is the highest when the court gave order why the bank needs e-mail from us. After 40 days of suffering they removed the lien. I have wasted 40 days roamed to bank then cyber crime to court to nodal officer everything and I was suffering with jaundice yet the bank did not listened to me and replied in a rude way saying and treating me as fraud customer. AXIS BANK SUCKS THE WORST BANK EVER. THE MANAGER NODAL OFFICER SUCKS.

I had given 2 cheques to the branch teller to bank for me. The cheques weren't banked and they never bothered to inform me. So, I tried to close the account but they never respond to such emails. In addition, they wrote to me saying that they will need to charge me a monthly fee as the account has no cash. Unprofessional, unintelligent and uncaring bank.

Worst Service I have ever seen... SBI services is far better than AXIS.
AXIS bank Rajeshwari Nagar branch opposite to Appolo Pharmacy have employees in the bank who does not know how to work in bank. Worst service I have ever experienced with the employees working there.

Worst i brought axis bank credit card after paying and got noc too they are asking to pay the emi of the loan.if we asked the nodal officer and recovery agent also behave like a gundas and using abusive language

All NRIs stay away from Axis bank. Their service is horrible. Their system can not even add up your all accounts sum and keep sending you mails about mimimim sum and keep charging u money every month. Depite you keep gilling and sending forms to their branches they does no action on the system. They only give you headache and not the service!

This is my best experience to earn the money without investing any amount of money

1 star also big to give, useless and helpless i am na NRI having account from past 15+ years with axis also i have city bank credit cards ( now axis take over) since from past 12 months i am getting messages having multiple account ids will effect and i need to merge . these guys un able to under stand how to merge the same. throughing each other its branch supposed to do or card guys supoosed to do or resident account team need do or NRI cell supposed to do as of now no use and i was spent more than 6000 inr for roming with our resolve the issue at the end no result anbd log in deatiuls blocked for both NRE and Credit cards

Digital arrest happened with me. Money is with the Axis bank. But being in India, you don't release the money to citizens. Not at all co-operative. Cyber crime branch people were also telling the same. Why you are not helping us and supporting fraudsters? My friend's money is also with you.

VERY BAD SERVICE FOR NRIs.
I belong to the New Alipore Branch, they are all uninformed people who dont know rules and regulations, I went on chatgpt to find out RBI rules and Fema rules. I had to done something done its already been a month. HIGHLY INEFFICIENT RMs. I feel like I am dealing with bunch of kids from school. NON PROFESSIONAL, UNIMFORMED. Please dont open NRI accounts with them.

This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. I requested a simple mobile number update more than 5 years ago, and even after 7 years, it is still not updated. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable for any financial institution.

On top of that, instead of resolving customer issues, they harass customers over minimum balance requirements. I have received multiple threatening calls, which is absolutely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their conduct and customer handling policies.

A bank that cannot process a basic request in years and resorts to intimidation instead of support should not be trusted with anyone’s finances. I strongly advise others to think twice before opening an account here.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Its been 5 months but I have not received my debit card. RM names Ayam sharma is not replying and calling us back... please avoid to open your bank account specially "current bank"..

I deposited a foreign check at Axis Bank Basti Bawa Khel, Kapurthala Road, Jalandhar. For 4–5 months I was repeatedly told the delay was due to the foreign bank.

After filing an RBI complaint, the branch manager Kamaljit admitted the check had actually been sitting at the branch and had never been sent for clearance. During those months I was never informed of this despite regular follow-ups.

An informal compensation of ₹3,500 was mentioned but never processed. In their response to RBI they even claimed the delay was my fault.

I have been a customer of this bank for over 14 years and have email records and call recordings documenting my follow-ups.

Sabse ghatiya bank hai yeh

I have the Axis Bank Shoppers Stop co branded card. It was previously handled by Citibank which was amazing. Since the takeover by Axis, it has been downhill. I used my card for close to 15 lakhs per annum and have zero points to show for it. Previously, when it was run by Citibank, I used to get close to INR 10,000 per annum as loyalty points. Now both Axis is clueless and SS too. Terrible terrible support and service. Last month of using it.

My husband was previously using axis bank as a salary account in Koramangala branch. But due to some reason he changed the bank. He didn't use this account as salary account for few months. For that they are charging 6000 rs. He already went and asked them to make it zero balance account. They said it is done but now they are putting so high charges. This is really ridiculous.
Someone transferred money into his account and now it's gone. So he called up the bank manager to ask about the money, where it has been deducted. The manager said if you dnt have salary account then he needs to maintain 10,0000 in his account. Which bank ask to maintain 10 lakhs in savings account. She is unable to guide him. Dnt know how did they select her for the post. Axis Bank is really a big scam bank, without knowledge they will change or charge the account. As a customer we get the right to know where is the money gone. Why should we be a prey to this kind of scammer Bank.
