I actually was about to review the store charmingtribe.com, not this but found no previous results. Then I tracked them down at antcozyfabric.com and turned out they're indeed azcozy- the notorious scam site! Maybe they just changed the domain after being exposed, trying to get out all clean. But something's never gonna change, which is their horrible "quilt" products! If you read the other reviews besides mine you'll understand. Only them had the guts to even call it quilt!

Honestly, I am so tired of scammers. I am so angry that FB allows these foreign companies advertise in USA. My story is pretty much the same as everyone else. Waited 4 weeks, foreign fee charge, king size comforter fits in gallon size zip bag. It is supposed to be 100% cotton but....doesn't come close. Supposed to be a "quilt" but....not even close. Printed fabric. I just don't have the engery to fight with these folks.

This is a horrible company! I ordered a rug and 2 months later I received a 8’x5’ quilt. I have tried to complain, figure out how to return it and/or get my money back. No customer service or return information. Do not use them!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a comforter, when it showed up was not what was pictured and very poor quality. Scam company

Horrible experience! It took almost a month to arrive. The quilt I received was cheap polyester machine quilt, probably worth $10 and super ugly! It did not match the description or photo on the website in the slightest! They will not return my money unless I pay to ship it back to them in HONG KONG.

I wish I could do a negative star. I ordered two area rugs and the quality of them are pure s***. Been trying for 3 months to contact them to make a return.

VERY unsatisfied....I ordered a quilt and it too 5 weeks to get. It is no more than 2 pieces of fabric stitched together. I have sheets that are heavier. The top is a stamped piece of fabric and some machine sewing to hold together. The picture they offer shows a pieced quilt with intricate stitching. NOTHING similar to the picture they depict in their ad. Very much a ripoff company. I would steer clear if you don’t want to waste your money...

I waited for a month for the rug I ordered, emailed them said it would be 8-10 weeks. Package came totally not what we ordered not even a rug. It took 5 emails for them to agree to refund but would not refund shipping $9.95. Trying now to get my money through PayPal.

I would not give this company 1 star but I had to. NOT what was pictured! NOT worth the shipping costs! RUN AWAY!!

The pictures look phenomenal, but the products arrive late with absolutely no customer service, and they are completely shoddy. Not at all what you pay for. Purchase from Amazon so you can return if you'd like. This is a shell company for a Chinese business. Don't say you weren't warned!

Got money back as I went through credit card do the same
and stop the scammers Paypal are useless and so is Facebook
who run the ad in the first place

I wish I could give a no star rating! Azcozy is a scam business. I bought a Tommy Bahama comforter for $89.00. When it finally arrived after I emailed still hadn’t got comforter. Well it got here all right a sheet with kinda like pattern. No labels or tags. TrIed to send back to the address they finally gave me and it was to China for $199.00 cheapest way. I told them and they said that was the policy. Well they can cram it were the sun don’t shine. Don’t buy from them . Even had issues with pay pal not backing me up . PayPal said they could pay $30.00 towards return shipping. Really they don’t stand behind there customers either.

I ordered a "quilt". It was $98 but was 1/2 price. I took a long time to get here. It was horrible. A design was badly printed on some fabric that was almost like plastic. After a few weeks of going back and forth with them about taking it back, they said to mail it back to China and I'd get a refund. It is nearly $100 to mail it back. Be wary!!

I order 2 rugs that cost $179.90. What I got was a poor attempt at screen printing of a rug. It was on a blanket material and not what a was expecting. It was a picture of the rugs I had previously ordered and misleading. I have tried to get a refund without success. I used PayPal credit and they are refusing to refund my money until I give them a tracking number. It will cost $160. To mail the item back. I am very angry and disappointed.

I would not even give 1 star. Ordered a rug, it was nowhere near the description. Will not refund your money, want you to ship back (not to Texas where it originally stated) but to China - which cost more then what you paid for it. Will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible!!!! Sent me what was supposed to be an 8 ft rug in a bubbler type amazon envelope! Then it was flimsy and not nearly the quality that was advertised. I contacted them for a refund. They said they need the product back before they can refund me. So I spent $25 to send it back ( that was the cheapest option- was going across country.) Then I receive an email that the package was received ( and they can and prob will re sell it) but it has been more than 30 days since the purchase of the product therefore they won’t refund me. So, I don’t have the rug
( would’ve kept the damn thing had I known about this unspoken “policy” ) and I’m out the $100 for the rug AND $25 shipping fees! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! LIARS AND CHEATS!!!

Well guys, I guess I'm
in the same boat with all of you. Ordered a $99.00 rug to place with my new flooring, but have received no followup of shipment - nothing.
But they did take $99.00 from my credit card. After I placed order, they said it would take a while for them to make it. Should have been suspicious at that point, but had already ordered. Do any of you have an email address for their office? Also what is the customer Service Number? Will appreciate it greatly if anyone has that info. Thank you and good luck with all of your orders!! Disgraceful service. The quilt they sent was nothing like the photo they presented. I am still waiting on a refund, which they emailed to say they would do once the quilt was returned.

Should be a -5 for rating They sent the same order twice n charged me twice. Went on for weeks saying I was only charged once, n they only sent 1 order. had to finally dispute with PayPal n was refunded the 2nd payment after weeks n weeks Don’t order from them!!

This 1 doesn’t even deserve a 1 rating they are just that BAD!!! I ordered 2 of these So called put together trashy duvets and let me tell you the pictures are nothing what you receive! I tried countless times to get ahold of customer service, no way it’s all done through email Thats CRAP! POOR customer service!!!!!!! They want YOU to send back your unsatisfied merchandise back to them on your dime, and it’s NOT CHEAP! $50-60 to send back when you’ve already spent $150 on their crap they just sent you ! It is ridiculous!!!! Now I have 2 items that is not re-sellable! And the pillow shams are even WORSE! Everyone who has purchased from this so called company needs to go against this company and get back what we loss ! Put them out of business!!!!!! and stop buying this poor, put together merchandise if you want to call it mdse. Terrible service
