Terrible Customer Service and No Order Updates
I placed my order on 12th July, and it has been stuck on "Preparing for shipping" ever since. There has been no communication or updates about my order despite waiting well over two weeks.
I contacted customer support because I wanted an actual explanation, not the same information I could already see on the order page. Instead, I was told that my tracking information would be provided within 1–3 working days. It's now been over a week since that promise, and I still haven't received any tracking details or updates.
The lack of communication is unacceptable. If there is a delay, just be honest and keep customers informed. Instead, I've been left chasing support for information that never comes. At this point, I should have already received my order.
Very disappointing customer service, and based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.
