Good Unit, But Very Poor Customer Service
They have put a warning for UK buyers about the import fee, which is not my issue.
When purchasing the unit I opted for Grip tape on the palm rest and for it to be pre-applied. I did not realise that meant grip tape only applied to one of the included palm rest. When I set up my Keyzen, I prefered the other palm rest, so have wasted my money. When contacting customer service they have refuesed to help me out. At the cost of the unit, I am very suprised they have not offered to send out a grip tape.
When looking to buy the tape myself it would cost 21 euros with the cheapest, slowest shipping option
