I had 400 points in rewards
I had 400 points in rewards, equalling $40.00 to be applied toward my $130.00 order. I entered my code, the website told me it was invalid. When I went back to my reward page, the page showed the $40.00 as being redeemed. I placed my order when customer service was unavailable. I will be contacting customer service on Monday.

This is a total waste of money
This is a total waste of money. The deodorizing effects are non existent and you pay a ton of money for a useless product. I could only smell the gel for the first few days then nothing. It dries out quickly and has no effect on your rooms overall air.

Unlike traditional air fresheners, Azuna is designed to eliminate odors at the source rather than fill a room with a strong fragrance. It's normal for the scent to become much more subtle after the first few days as the tea tree oil continues working in the background.
That said, we understand that every home and every odor challenge is different, and we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. If you haven't already, we'd love the opportunity to see if we can help find a better solution for your space.

I ordered Azuna because it is all natural
I ordered Azuna because it is all natural and made in the USA. They have a good product and I use it at home, at the office, and have given some to each of my daughters. I mostly use them in the bathrooms, but we like the ones for the car as well. They are easy to refill. I also got the wipes and will be ordering more.

CLEAN not Perfumed Air!!

I bought through the instagram ad…
I bought through the instagram ad promising free glass dispensers. They weren't offered at checkout and did not come in my package. Still I bought them and set one up immediately. No immediate smell. So I waited a week. I can smell the aroma (kind of astringent) when I am sniffing over the dispenser, but not in the room. It's very expensive, and I feel that they price their products deliberately high to encourage you to subscribe. I got what I bought - goo and some dispensers, but they are very ineffective at "cleaning" the air or scenting the room.

Tea Tree all day long
All this is is a strong tea tree lotion that you put into the glass jar they sent. It is very strong in the beginning but after a few days you barely smell it. I got different scents, but it really does not matter what scents you get, they all smell the same (tea tree). If you like the smell of tea tree, those may work for you, but you can buy tea tree oil for much cheaper. If the idea of tea tree scent does not entice you, just skip those. I spent a lot on them because I thought different scents would smell better, and I feel like I just threw money out.

Car air freshener does not work
I bought the car air freshener, really disappointed. It was half full, maybe 3 quarters. And doesn’t smell at all. Can hardly tell I have it in the car, even with it right on the dashboard. Customer service provided a partial refund

The Auto Pod is designed to contain 2 oz of gel, so it isn't meant to be filled to the top. It's also made to eliminate odors rather than fill your car with a strong fragrance, so the scent is intentionally subtle.
We're glad our customer care team was able to provide a partial refund, and we appreciate you giving us a chance. While it wasn't the right fit for your expectations, we hope you'll consider trying another Azuna product in the future.

Complete waste of money!
Complete waste of money!! It doesn’t do anything to eliminate odors. My husband made Cajun rice last night and I’m sitting here drinking coffee and all I can smell is the rice. The jar is right here on the breakfast bar and I can’t even smell it. I have one upstairs where a litter box is and you wouldn’t even know the jar is there. I can’t even smell it when I walk into the room. I used the spray and it doesn’t work any better. Total disappointment!

One thing that makes Azuna a little different from traditional air fresheners is that it's designed to neutralize odors rather than fill a room with a strong fragrance. In fact, many customers tell us they love that it makes their air smell like... well, air.
That said, we completely understand your frustration. Cooking odors, especially strong foods like Cajun dishes, can be challenging and may take time, airflow, and the right product placement for best results. The same is true for litter box areas, where room size, airflow, and odor intensity can all play a role.
