The worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. I bought a bumper to receive within 1-3 days, and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received it. Apparently, the item was lost in transit, but the company refuses to give me a refund or a replacement until they receive the item back, as if I had anything to do with the poor logistics option they chose. Unacceptable. Amazon sends a replacement the same day if their drivers make a mistake. I spoke with numerous agents, but all they know how to say is "sorry, we have a policy to follow" instead of putting the customer first and solving the problem. Such stress and disappointment.
