For my specific course, which was a level 2 digital skills/cyber security, it was purely introductory. It covers approx 8 subject areas ranging from programming, graphic design, cyber security, networking, etc. Each of the topics, while including daily, in class assessments, was taught over a 3 day period. It was not in depth coverage although the next level is meant to delve deeper.

As a beginner in IT I found the Level 2 Diploma course easy to digest even at it's fast pace. The tutor was excellent & the atmosphere was fun and friendly throughout.

The course was well taught and the instructor was knowledgeable and helpful. This was really a quick tour of key digital skills; there were some areas that need some revision, for example the IT troubleshooting did not really cover troubleshooting at all, and perhaps this could have with the use of the cisco packet tracer tool, we could have moved from theory to some active practice. In summary the instructor was great, the learning materials need some review/revision.

Recently completed a Level 3 - Cybersecurity and Networking training course, though time consuming, involving and very engaging but, my was experience was outstanding! The course was well-structured, covering essential topics with the associated Lab Practices. A special thanks to my tutor (Mohammed AA), whose expertise, clear explanations and continuous support made a huge difference in my understanding and confidence. Highly recommended training for anyone looking forward to start with or strengthen their fundamental skills on this field.

This course was great and the people I worked with were very friendly and enthusiastic about the course too. My tutor was supportive and offered help and guidance to support us all on our learning journeys.

I enjoyed the course it is educational and informative and lively. Suzanne did a wonderful job, information for referencing was very forth-coming. Questions and concerns were answered asap whether by email or in the class chat.

Although i completed the course the tutor was terrible... i emailed explaining i have ADHD and i was finding it difficult and the tutor completely ignored me. No reply at all. she didnt even acknowledge i had sent the email

Excellent experience - everyone comes across as extremely professional; from the person that enrolls you to the course, to the one carrying out the preparatory admin, to the tutor herself.

Recently enrolled in to the Level 2 in Understanding Coding, Digital Skills and Computer Programming. It was a great experience, Sean and Maja did a great job of enrolling me on to the course and my tutor Aneta Worku was very compassionate and enthusiastic which helped me to achieve. If anyone is looking to learn something new while unemployed, I would 100% recommend the back 2 work group.

Done a course in warehouse logistics and carbon awareness, was promised an interview, weeks down the line no interview just a few links to jobs going in areas nowhere near myself . Total waste of time I have no idea how they are getting away with it ...

I'd like to thank B2W for the opportunity to take the level 2 Coding and Programming course. I had no experience of coding but course tutor Aneta Worku did an brilliant job in building mh confidence to tackle the subject with success. Her positive attitude was infectious and played a huge part in me being able to sail through the course. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a start in computer programming.

I would like to thank Aneta Worku for being such a patient and understanding teacher through out my time on the course. I learned very quickly how to read and write code with no prior experience, Aneta my tutor was also very easy to talk too when anybody on the course had any questions or was struggling. Again she was an amazing teacher and it has made me want to learn more and more about programming and coding. Would highly recommend!

The sign up process was easy & straight forward. The tutor (Lester Weier) made completing the assignments easy to understand with his style of teaching and displayed great patience with the learners.

I would recommend if you have a lot of free time.

Even though I had studied many of the topics before, Lester still managed to introduce me to new ideas!

I would like to thank B2W for the opportunity in doing the Level 2 IT digital skills course. I acquired knowledge in areas I hadn't been exposed to before. My tutor, Lestor Weier, was brilliant. He is informative, understanding and respectful, and engaging in the lessons and topics.

Certainly opens your world , but do not expect much teaching rather more guidance and useful links provided. You have to do massive self teaching

Id like to thank Chris Rothwell and Kavita Jabbal they had a big impact on me passing the course as they are both welcoming and easy to work and talk to, they made me feel really comfortable and made sure i understood everything before moving on. Chris broke things down and explained it in a way i could understand and i think he is a really good teacher.

My experience on this course went well due the tutor Suzanne, being so supportive.
