Avoid - Terrible experience. I ordered a white long sleeve top & received a grey zip up hoodie. I’ve emailed multiple times to various email addresses asking how to return the wrong item & when I’ll receive the correct one & still had no reply.
Ordered a top from this site, payed £8 for next day, didn’t send it till 3 days after and it came by 2nd class the following week and it’s the wrong size.
Tried emailing on there new email and messaging on insta and no response.
Quality of the top is decent but everything else is 👎🏻
i payed 100 for free shipping received the clothes with faulty stitching, loose thread and full of lint on it, once i tried the hoodie on to see how would it fit it looked completely different to what the pictures of the models showed and i was completely disappointed. When asking for a exchange i didn’t return the plastic bags they shipped the clothes in and i payed 9 pounds for delivery and they didn’t pay back let alone the fact that i purposely spent 100 pounds just for free shipping from a company i that had 2 reviews at the time.

Hi Asad,
We would like to start with the original shipment. The £100 for free shipping was received and returns were not mentioned within the free shipping. Once you stated your issues we were more than happy to resolve your issue so we asked for you to return the items and once received would send you a refund for the shipping price that you paid to return them. Upon receiving these items you did not return the items in the original packaging which led the items to be damaged. These items were usable prior to the return delivery but were damaged with mud and water in transit back to us. This was due to the items not being in the packaging. Under these circumstances (Not following return policies + damaged items) we would send the items back to you and refuse delivery. We decided that we would replace these items despite this and they are due for delivery tomorrow. We would like to apologise for the initial issues you faced with your order and would appreciate some gratitude in this situation based on everything that has occurred.

Avoid this company at all costs. Saw a nice t shirt modelled on TikTok, ordered it. Google shop update still says ‘Label Created’ after 3 weeks. Tried to email, no response, in fact their support email decommissioned. DM’d on insta, claimed that my top had run out of sizes and they sent me a refund and email notification of this but I didn’t get my money back and still no email confirmation of a return.
Scammers this page, don’t trust them and definitely don’t buy anything from this store. Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later and after numerous messages

Absolutely love this shop!
I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The clothing quality is excellent—stylish, comfortable, and exactly as described. Shipping was fast, the packaging was neat, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Customer service was also outstanding: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that gets everything right, but this one truly does.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!
