I had an amazing experience with Baboodle. They were so responsive to my delivery preferences - sending an Uber based on my specific timings, WhatsApping me many times prior to arrival to ensure a smooth process. The whole process felt so personalized, amenable and friendly. It’s clear they are a small business who care about their clients. And the product was perfect and just as described. Would absolutely use again, and plan to in the near future!

Lifesaver for any parent!
Second time renting from baboodle and I would fully recommend their services to any parent!
The second time around, the pram I had originally ordered wasn’t going to arrive in time, which naturally caused a bit of stress. However, the team at baboodle instantly sorted a different pram for me (which turned out to be even better), and it arrived less than 24 hours after I’d originally spoken with them.

Really great and straightforward service! Had been recommended by a few people and will definitely be using again and recommending to others!
I wanted to try out a stroller I had my eye on as my current buggy is quite big and collapses in parts so tested out a collapsable travel one.
The returns process was really easy and straightforward too!

It was brilliant - such a good concept, very straightforward process to reserve an item and really reasonably priced. The item arrived on time and in great condition, I managed to extend my rental period and the customer service team could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use again and recommend to others!
