Slightly dented in transit, postage is expensive (circa £7) but ordered on line as my local supplier was out of stock. Lovely quality product, really nice taste and worth paying a premium for.

However, the website states that all orders are sent via Parcel Force. So you can imagine my confusion when I received an email from Yodel stating they had my parcel.

Shocking lack of after sales care
Despite numerous attempts to communicate directly about various issues, no response received.
The keg has been undrinkable and not fit for purpose. The cans taste off.

Got charged on delivery when says subscription you don't
Apparently get glass when you sign up for subscription didn't
Last batch tasted funny so only opened two cans both same
Have emailed and messaged on Facebook no reply
Really disappointed as enjoyed first lot that I bought was really good but now just wasting my money on drink thats not drinkable for next 3 months
My mum has had same issue no reply to her email as she bought a keg
