BigBackBaller - its not for big people....after 5 minutes of rolling your back looks like somebody attack you with metal bat, bruises everywhere. The rollers are to far away from each other. there is a handle in the middle and silicon is everywhere not great.
I tried to return this item but I'm calling on number 00353 61 364085 for returns and refounds but from last 2 weeks nobody is bothered to answer. I send an email as well but no reply so very bad customer service.
On top of that in my oreder I had free code for BallerBand 60cm Set but never got them in the delivery so not great x 2
Only good thing was The Hog / Back-Stretcher this item is really nice
So they have in decription : We operate a 60 calendar day returns policy but how you can return something when they want first to give them a call but nobody to answer your phone.
So be awaere if you will spen money when to admit it was not cheap the return process is not existing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
