I feel very uncomfortable wearing this. I use it for 10 minutes then take it off. For a while I feel a lot straighter. I wonder if I bought the wrong size? Your other products are spot on.

I have a bad back and I'm on my feet working most of the day, this back support helps me ,with my posture, so I don't have pain at the end of the day, Brilliant.

I’ve been using the neck helper - traction pillow for about 2 weeks and I’ve noticed a considerable improvement with the stiffness in my neck. I’m also suffering less from headaches and have more flexibility in my neck which has in turn has improved my posture. Would throughly recommend trying this, for the price, it’s great value and it works!

Easy to order and very prompt delivery. Second time I have used backpain help.com. Great company and well designed range of products for those of us who are unlucky enough to suffer chronic back pain.

Works well, and I can already notice a difference. It is a a little expensive for what it is. It could also do with a fabric cover as I find it a little harsh on the skin.

I have just purchased my 3rd posture Hero as I change them once a year.....it has over time changed the shape of my back straightening me up

Great service item received in four days excellent product! I would recommend the massage cream .

Early results using the “Anti Inflammatory” tablets are showing promising results, only time will tell but I am trying a healthier alternative to paracetamol and this may be the product.
I also use the Back ‘massage cream’ and that gives me instant relief, so am trying to marry the two products.

Excellent product.

I have been using this product for some years. My eighth.
My preference over others for its lightweight, open neck design, supporting me where needed.
I Find it hard getting silver the colour. Blue can be difficult too.
Regardless of colour, a good product.
Can almost be invisible under clothing, tucking stem inside item. 🙂

Item received worked for 20 minutes then stopped working, emailed customer services a replacement was sent straight away , the communication was fantastic and the unit is definitely helping my back

It helps posture but I found it very uncomfortable around the arms. And the back support constantly rides up my back and pushed against the back of my neck. Okay for short spells of use I've since bought a different brand for longer wear

Bought for my teenage son. He says it’s comfortable and wears it happily. It not only corrects his posture but he looks taller too!

For years I have suffered with back pain so when backpainhelp came up on internet , let's give it a try. So far it seems to help. Taste is a little off putting, but shallow them quickly you won't notice.

This is a company which supplies exellent products, but where it also excells is in it's after sales service even some time after the product was purchased. I contacted them, Mark replied and took care of it for me.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them as my personal experience has been very satisfying.

I have chronic back pain and this device has really helped me cope.

My back pain has eased somewhat. But I am in agony with Sciatica & am having Private treatment on it tomorrow.
I am down as Urgent on the Spinal Surgeon’s Waiting List but after a year they still do not know when my operation might take place.

There are no instructions on how to wear this correctly. The device neither corrects my shoulders or posture as the center core bends! Totally a waste of money.
