Absolutely beautiful glass ornaments we ordered 5 of them for thanks to the girls at the funeral home for helping us with the sudden loss of our 21 year old son. We can’t wait to give them to them but wish we didn’t have too. They were packed well but the courier could be considered as Evri are bot great in Northern Ireland.

Items have been ordered since 19th May & have still not received them therefore I have missed my best friends special day. I have emailed twice regarding my order & as yet have still not received a response. I have emailed again today to request a refund, they were quick enough to take the money but no goods received, it doesnt even deserve one star.

I will definitely use this company again. The item I ordered was soon dispatched and with me within days. The item was well wrapped and well packaged the item I ordered was a glass orb for a 50th birthday item as described. It’s lovely thank you.

Ordered the gift weeks ago, contacted them twice about the whereabouts of this gift as the tracking didn’t update, still not turned up and no reply to update. Very poor.

I got a cancellation notice so I never received the gift. But that was fine I replaced it with something else. I also appreciate that you were so quick to let me know my order was canceled.

Paid for item which never arrived. Have tried to contact customer service but nobody has responded. Please could somebody respond to me?

Hi, thank you for responding. I have emailed on three separate occasions: 12.9, 16.9 and 17.10. I have evidence of each of these emails. Please can you advise me how to make contact with you to secure my refund?

Lovely item perfect for a birthday gift.
I would have liked to have a 40th birthday box, but it only came in one colour, which was. not the birth month colour. That would have made it perfect.

Unfortunately, both the Sienna Glass hearts I purchased were broken, however I was given a refund on the prce I paid but not the £14.99 potage
