Badoo seem to take your subscription money and then dont activate your premium status. If you query the matter, they tell you that the payment failed and to contact your bank. Bare in mind 1 out of 2 subscription attempts failed, may be get someone who is aware of their accounts to check. May be a transaction number. Stay away, they are terrible. Tinder is way better.

Taking £40 Without Authorisation.

£40 (approx) was taken from my bank account without authorisation - apparently for 3 months 'premium' membership. The 'premium' membership is not even active - however the main point is FRAUDULENT taking of money.

I have contacted them. No reply. No anything.

Just been blocked permanently from this site with no reason other than someone reporting abuse. They won't tell me what the abuse is so they take your money and then block you. Lots of under age people on the site.

100% SCAM
I joined Badoo and paid for premium membership to access unlimited profiles. After receiving my payment, they blocked my account and gave me no reason. I lost my money + account. When I contacted them, they said I violated their terms. I did not even START ! WOW !! It's a SCAM site guys, please don't use them or pay them anything.

1. They set up fake profiles or use outdated accounts for automatic likes and send outs. 2. Be very careful with one-click pay, they have this lifetime membership default option and they can easily rob you in a second.
Theoretically you may be able to find a real and serious woman for relationship on Badoo but it will require a lot of time, efforts, money and you will have to wade through thousands of bots and fakes.

I agree with the comments from previous disaffected users - I decided I would purchase a week's membership to try out the additional access it provided but when it came to paying, the option had reverted to the default of 'life-time' membership which, since the money is taken without a review window to confirm your choice, is not immediately apparent! having checked my credit card pending payments I saw what had happened and immediately messaged customer support - in itself requiring extensive detective work to find out how to - but a week later am still awaiting a response... btw, from my experience the full membership is virtually worthless since you are still required to purchase additional credits to contact the majority of profiles... in my view just save your money because full membership is not as advertised & seems deliberately designed to mislead...

Badoo requested my previous review be removed as clearly they do not want potential customers knowing the truth so I’ll list facts !
At 1.30am I was going through swipes and came across a profile in an area so I immediately searched that area but found NO profile ? Few days later I came across a profile of a friend of mine and screen shot it and sent it to her where she stated it had been deleted ages ago ? Her previous photo was then listed as “ just joined” and again once swiped right I searched for her but could not find the profile !!!
That’s because it was a fake profile and set up by badoo !
When complaint to badoo they claimed the customer must off deleted the account within seconds of me swiping like on her at 1.30am
This is not the first either previously I found a photo of previous date listed in Oxford despite knowing full well she still lived and worked in ipswich? Clearly badoo use people photos on fake accounts listing them in different towns to boost guys/girls in that area . They then hope people will pay to message knowing full well the profiles are fake!!
As stated before I’ve sent complaints to trading standards and once established I will be forwarding complaints to police for identity theft !!
Badoo refused to answer my complaints when in contacted them !

I will not be surprised if this site is runned from Russia or Ukraine, Do you need to ask further questions ? I dont think so....

Took one month of premium to try it out and they charged me another 50$ for 2700 credit (which i got BUT i never agree to buy it..never push any button to buy credit )i only wanted the 1 month and they charged 8$+ 50$ gonna call my credit card tomorrow

Absolute disgrace, they want to charge you 200 credits to message 90% of their users. Which equates to £2 just to message one girl which will no doubt ignore you. The only ones left are the complete undesirables. They don’t show your profile to anyone, I’ve had it for like 1 year and only had 1 random view which wasn’t initiated by me messaging first. It may as well not exist because they clearly have algorithms in place to make sure you never meet anyone on it.

Т е женщины, по вашему, должны подбирать весь сброд и альфонсов, что б не противоречило вашим убеждениям?!В вашем соглашении нет такого, но вы усиленно блокируете анкеты где затрагивается любая финансовая сторона с целью поиска людей своего уровня!
Я крайне возмущена Вашими действиями,в связи с чем оценку приложения с "отлично" изменила на "единицу",оставив свой негативный отзыв. Т.к. Ваша служба занимается отписками причины блокировки. С каких это пор выбор человека по социальному уровню ,а так же,обсуждение подарков или помощи является коммерческой деятельностью или корыстью?! Блокируя анкеты,поясните конкретно,ссылаясь на какие пункты Вашего соглашения я нарушила его?!
Говоря о коммерческой деятельности,я понимаю Ваше некомпетентность! А именно,коммерческая деятельность-это продвижение товаров,услуг с целью финансовой выгоды. Какие товары или услуги я продвигала????Вы с ума сошли??? Вчера ,в очередной раз была заблокирована моя новая анкета .
