Ordered a jacket from the Baeswimsuit site. It took over a month for them to even start processing it. When it was finally sent, it was sent to an imaginary address. The company couldn't understand how a simple address works. I complained and they agreed it had been a mistake and allowed me to choose something else for the same total. The problem there being that every single replacement I chose was 'sold out'. Considering the thousands of items in their shop, and the complete lack of simplicity in their online catalogue, it takes hours if not days to search for anything. Was never able to get an item for replacement and they got my money anyways.

It took forever for my blouse to come. But whatever I love the blouses worth the wait. A blouse arrived today trouble is is not the blouse I ordered. All together different different size different color very short. Very disappointed never again!

Do not trust the product images on their website. I ordered a green sweater and the item that arrived was an entirely different product and very low quality. The color, material, cut, and fit were all different from the pictures.

When submitted the photos to Baeswimsuit, they did not acknowledge the error despite photographic evidence and because they anticipated backlash from their bait and switch tactic, they offered me a 20% compensation if I didn’t pursue a return, which would’ve been costly since I would have to absorb the cost of shipping the item to a shipper in China.

I ordered 3 items at a cost of £108.
The items I received were all the wrong size-and inferior quality.I had to pay £32 to return the items to China-tracked.That was 3,weeks ago and still heard nothing.All in all I have paid £140 and have nothing to show for it.

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!
