Thank you Baggex for making our transfer from home to Southampton easy and stress free. The luggage was collected as arranged and returned the day after arriving home. An excellent service with helpful, friendly service. We will definately use Baggex again.

Communication

Tip : Communication could be improved, but the job gets done.
Had a suitcase wheel torn off by the port authorities recently, ( not Baggex ) but by the time i received it home via Baggex, some kind member of staff had made a permanent fix, and i was so delighted. A big thank you guys.

Been using baggex for all my cruises…

Been using baggex for all my cruises over last two years. I wouldnt be able to get to and from liverpool and newcastle without there service. Drivers are always proffesional and make cruising so much more accesible for me. Thank you for a great service

NEVER AGAIN, COSTLY EXPERIENCE

Used this company to take 2 pieces of luggage for a SAGA cruise from Portsmouth. They arrived a day earlier than organised to collect cases. I was not at home. So they arranged from Royal Mail to collect. Royal mail lost and found cases over following week. When reunited with cases on board our ship one case was badly damaged obviously an attempt had been made to open it. Lockable luggage strap wrapped round handle, case cover missing, integrated case lock broken, section of zip open. Contents saved by small(very bent) old padlock. Suitcase no longer fit for general use.
Contacted Baggex immediately and was informed they would see to matter on return.
Cases delivered back again the day before they stated. Contacted by phone and offered a refund on the transport of one case. When quizzed about compensation for case (which was nearly new) damage was told they would check and get back to me. Never heard from them again. No money at all refunded. Do not answer enquiries by various means.

Had an amazing service from Baggex

Had an amazing service from Baggex. I was travelling to Southampton by train & didnt want the hassle of taking my large case on the train - especially going through London.
Case was picked up as planned - next time I saw if my case it was safely in my cabin.

At the end of my cruise, I met the Baggex rep (Martina) as arranged outside the terminal building. Handed my case to them & luckily for me it was delivered to me later the same day ! I know it doesn't happen this quickly usually but, what a fantastic service.

Thank you everyone at Baggex - especially Neil & Martina. I will definitely use you guys again.

Theives

I did a job for them 1 year ago carrying about a ton of drinks to a delivery point over 150 miles.
They are refusing to pay me.
I'm just a van driver trying to get by.
They are a company making money by not paying people.
I've been chasing them up for the past year.

Excellent service

Brilliant service! Baggex took all the luggage strain out of my holiday with collection and delivery made so easy. The company were friendly, helpful and very kind and truly made my journey to and from port via train so much less stressful. I cannot thank them enough and would have no hesitation in either recommending or using them again. Thank you Baggex, you were all amazing!

I definitely do not recommend

I definitely do not recommend. they do not pay their subcontractors. I did work for them on September 6, 2024, I still haven't been paid. They don't answer or reply to messages, although they promised to pay You cannot trust this company.

I won't be using them again

Not good communication, curt replies to emails and queries. Collection of luggage was fine but return was 6 days. I have the email saying it would be 1-3 days from date of return of cruise at "mutually convenient time". I ad to chase this by phone. Very hard to actually speak to someone. I was told the agreement was 3-5 days but that was not what was agreed in writing. it went over that time period as well so I guess they meant 3-5 working days but this was not clear. No communication at all about time expected. Luggage was filthy on return and luggage tag was smashed , photos taken by the drop off person and noted on the form but I heard nothing back. Its not the end of the world but it would have been courteous to respond

Excellent Service
Very friendly, efficient staff. Case retrieved from Portsmouth dock and safely returned to me to within days after it accidently got left at port. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service.

Have used Baggex twice now to take cases from Edinburgh to cruises from Portsmouth and Dover. Worked perfectly each time with very friendly and personable staff each time. Case goes direct from home to cabin and on return it was delivered back within a day or so. Thoroughly recommended and takes a lot of the hassle out of transporting a case or cases to the ship.
