A disastrous experience. They claimed to have shipped the order, but when I checked, I saw they hadn't. I sent them an email, several emails in fact, but they didn't reply. It's truly awful. Now I've filed a claim with my bank to get a refund. They are thieves; they never shipped the package in a month. I looked on social media, thinking maybe they were actually doing deliveries and everything. But they're doing nothing. They are thieves.
No way to return. Arrived months after order. Wtf? Don’t order- if you ever get your pants, you can’t return or exchange. They look legit, but it’s a bunch of shit!
Product came in time but with no functioning website it is impossible to refer to terms of service. Zero return policy so if an item is too big you are stuck with it. Will not buy from here again. Also very long delay getting a response from their customer service team and have only received one reply with no resolution. Not happy overall and would not recommend ordering from this company.
Just never received anything and won’t respond to emails
Ordered a month ago, still not arrived. Tracking info goes nowhere and they wont respond to emails.
It's been 2 weeks and still haven't shipped my order. It took them 5 days to tell me my order should be shipped this week and it should take another 2 or 3 weeks to get my order. At this point I don't even want the pants no more. Don't order from here. There is no urgency for customer service.
Bought pinstripe jeans, cancelled not one but 3 times in a month because they were ‘out of stock’. They were well in stock the two other times i bought them, and after the first incident they havent replied to any emails to try and help
I have ordered from here many times. there costumer service isn't the greatest but the pants are amazing quality. sometimes it can take like two months for you to get your order but it's worth the wait. the pants are tough and like I said earlier very high quality. if your getting nervous about the wait just calm down your clothes will come they just take awhile, and I promise you will be glad you ordered from them.
Ordered November 14 to Kansas. It’s been several weeks and still haven’t received my package or any update on the shipping. I’ve reached out several times on Instagram and email and received no response. Use caution when ordering from this site. Looks like they reposted a bunch of other stories of people getting items so maybe they are somewhat legit.
Edit: After daily emails for around a week they responded saying they lost my package in shipping and to expect a refund.
Lost my first package, with no tracking updates and took several times of contacting to finally get a response. For second order, was given no tracking updates and have not received a response for an update/ response after reaching out twice. Finally got the order after weeks and having to work with the bad shipping company to get it delivered. Clothes seem good quality for the price atleast
tbh they actually did a pretty good job with the fabric and material only thing I would say is not good is the time that it gets here it does take a minute.
