Beware - Scam

Horrible product, and equally bad shipping and service! They also have no return address. A representative finally provided me with an invalid return shipping address. I am stuck in a credit card dispute because their shipping and then response to my concerns took over 30 days and I lost the PayPal dispute window to get my money back. I am out a $38 shipping fee to Singapore and a lot of time. During the dispute, BagsOnlines has now said that I never returned the bag to them. To where, your invalid Singapore address?, I tried! Their ultra low quality bag is currently sitting in customs in LA. This company is a complete and utter scam!

Great communication …

Great communication from customer service after ordering with photographs of my order along with tracking. This is not the first dupe LV purse I have purchased. I am always cautiously optimistic. Purse arrived well packaged and well protected. All accessories were included in the extra strap and lock.
Purse arrived within the time frame that was provided to me.
Very pleased with the transaction and the quality of the purse. Will purchase from again!

Ordered a bag back in December and when…

Ordered a bag back in December and when it arrived it wasn’t usable, the additional accessories that were part of the bag didn’t fit, weren’t functional and didn’t attach. I reached out to customer service and was offered to pick another bag but now they are requesting $40 shipping on the new bag when it is almost $100 less than the original bag purchased. Very disappointed and out over $300. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I PLACED ON ORDER ON DEC 17TH AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER BAG FOR FREE AND SAID THEY'D EXPIDITE MY ORDER, HERE IT IS MARCH 10TH AND I'VE RECEIVED NOTHING!! THE COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

My husband ordered a bag for me for a…

My husband ordered a bag for me for a Christmas present on November 8, 2025. It is March 10, 2026 and still no bag. He contacted them and they offered a free bag for the inconvenience. We have still yet to receive the bag that was a Christmas present or the free bag they said they would send. There are so many websites that I order the same products from at half the price and I get them within two weeks. I told my husband to never order from this company again. Total scammers! I’ve reported them to multiple agencies, and to my banks.

Second review of a horrible company. Doesn’t deliver, then offers you a free bag plus the one you ordered and you get this cheap, chemical smelling vinyl bag that weighs 3 pounds. Garbage, and forget customer service. Save your money, get a nice midrange designer bag. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BAGSONLINES.COM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
