Bahati Shop Avis 

If there was an option of below zero this company would deserve it.
This is a big scam and I don't know how they are allowed to trade and deceive people.
I was one of those suckers who are born everyday and got the bitter taste for being a fool.
I bought the their eye glasses ,which promised the world, forgetting the adage "If it seems too good to be true ,it is probably is" They are useless junk.
I contacted them three times through their email for a return and refund ,but they even didn't have the courtesy to respond.
Beware:

Don't touch them with a barge pool

Like other people I was conned by this company bahati-shop.com.
I regretted that I did not see the reviews before buying from this rubbish fraud.

I saw their advert while watching YouTube and ordered 3 pairs of so called Color-changing anti-blue light presbyopia glasses (£37). Like others said they are completely rubbish & just like Poundland reading glasses .

Tried to complain by email the company but email returned back saying their email box is full & tried WhatsApp which is another company in Indoensia thus no way of contact them!

Does anybody know how to complain this bloody company to YouTube channel to block their adverts so that no more people will be deceived by this rubbish company?

It really pays to check Trustpilot. Check everything. Saw the advert for a soldering iron. Came here first, so glad I did, saved my money, frustration and saved me being aggasted at the lengths companies will go to, to rip off hard working people.

Check everything, them Check again don't trust companies own reviews, look out for fake reviews. Never trust Amazon reviews. Look at Trustpilot first.

Don't get dragged into we'll try and refund you 35% and you don't need to return the rubbish we have sent you which is what it is a load of useless rubbish. How ever this company is aloud to carry on trading God above knows not even worth one star.

Wanted a smartwatch with all the gadgets from sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure, blood oxygen etc.

Seen the ad on YouTube advertised at half price a special offer reduced to 19.99. An order was placed , the watch was received in about two weeks.

Mum was thrilled and very excited when the watch arrived. Opened the small carton box, charged the watch.

To my surprise the watch does not work at all. I contacted customer service they send me a polite reply offering me a 20 percent refund, explained to them i need a working watch or a full refund

I have in contact with them they are not answering my email.

The watch was bought in good faith, it turned out to be junk and legally they stole money from us.

Please everyone keep away from Bahati shop, they are now advertising everywhere , Facebook, YouTube etc... this company is a scam and a rogues

I purchased one of the pleasure watches you refused to send to me, meanwhile an amount of £35.00 is taken from my account I don't know how to contact them I advise customers not to buy from them they're scams fraudulent people with a bad reputation.

I've bought a couple of items from this company first was the glasses a load of crap they don't work laser gun no just a cheap solderer and lastly a nail gun which I have been waiting since the beginning of December nothing yes this is a scam outfit avoid don't give them the pleasure of stealing your money.

They do NOT send what you believe you have paid for. Their videos are extremely misleading. They are scammers

What a load of rubbish, I needed some new glasses for distance, seen the ad and thought, that's what I want, waited for delivery, what a crock of shite , I couldn't see to the end of the garden. Complete waste of time and money, these companies/scammers should be checked out by Facebook and other platforms, once they have your money you ain't getting it back .

These watches Bahati do not buy them by units, they buy them in weight , they fill up a sack full of watches and they put them on the scale.
waste of money. requested full refund, refused they only refunded 20 percent of the amount.
Bahati scheming people by their fake ads. They are stealing from people as they cannot be reached. thats awful thing to do to others.

This company I saw on YouTube. The glasses they advertised are useless. Just like other people have described. I would call this false advertising! The YouTube channel with these adverts need looking into. They are scamming people!!! I also need a refund on this product A.S.A.P. as why should they get away with cheating the customers!!!!!

Their product wasn’t like I was expecting and was shown in the advert. Request for return and arrange refund. Very disappointed that the company start never ending emails to negotiate the refund, e.g 20% refund when I refused then they offered 30% (still negotiating). What a mess. I recommend never ever buy anything from Bahati-shop, in other words they are cheat and if I say fraud, it wouldn’t be wrong.

seen an ad on line on YouTube for smart watch, bought a couple of them as Christmas present, they sent me totally different brand from the ad and the smart watches they sent they do not work. Contacted the company they gave me 20 percent refund not the full amount, they refuse to refund me the full amount.
Please be aware from this company when buying products you may end up loosing out , by getting scam this company is untrustworthy and deceitful

I got glasses delivered but quality is poorest nothing like the one they advertised.
They are deceiving people.
I should have read the reviews first.
They not refunding keep saying keep using will get better.

I have bought 3 pairs of glasses, which does not match the description and very bad quality, wanted to refund but they refused and offer 20% which i did not accepted and then they offered to chose one item from their shop, i selected an item and for delivery they wanted 10 £. So i give up as i don't have much time. Please avoid buying from them, especially glasses are a big scam.

Ordered three pairs of glasses and would you believe it...they are worse quality than Poundland glasses. They do not do whats advertised and certainly not fit for purpose. I'm presently going through the refund application process but having read other stories I think it's all a big scam.
My advice would be to steer clear of this crowd and look for genuine articles elsewhere. Will update once I too have probably been given the runaround from them.
UPDATE...8th Jan 2025...I have now had a refund and advised to keep glasses as they would be too expensive to return. Took a bit of arguing and threats of legal action but they finally caved in. Glasses are now in the bin as they really were unfit for purpose. Personally I won't deal with sites like this again as they are all a bit shady

If it was possible I would not give this company one star! This is a further update on my experience with Bahati Shop.

The first time i complained they offered me a 20% discount, then 25%, then 30%, then 40% finally 45% plus a choice of some baubles from their website.
Each time i have refused, explaining that all I want is a code with which to return the goods by Evri. I have made clear that I expect a full refund of the £31 that I paid. I have told them that it is their legal responsibility to give me this according to thei website.
Fortunately I bought the glasses using Amex and think I can claim through their insurance scheme. It is not the amount, but the principle!
Take this warning, this is a scam and if you are dissatisfied with a purchase from Bahati Shop they will not return your money.

My dad made a purchase which was not working as per description. We have tried to return it within 7 days. We have been told that they advise us to keep it and despite numerous requests since then, have stopped communicating.
