I ordered clothing that was poor quality and incorrectly sized. When I tried to return it within the 14-day withdrawal period, the company repeatedly avoided processing my return.

Instead of giving return instructions, they kept offering discount codes (15%, 30%, 45%) and replacements. Only after multiple emails did they provide a return address — in China.

This makes returning items expensive, risky, and impractical. They also stated refunds can take up to 30 days after receiving the item.

The company presents itself as EU-based (Dutch IBAN, Dutch communication), but handles returns outside the EU. This feels misleading and makes it very difficult to exercise your legal rights.

Customer service was unhelpful and kept ignoring my request for a refund.

Be very careful ordering here, especially if you pay with iDEAL — you have no protection, and they rely on it.

Terrible product and way worse service. DONT TRUST THE 30 DAY EASY RETURN it's a scam to lure you on and pull your money out of your pocket. If you aren't happy they will make it rather difficult. Stay away from this company. Definitely can't recommend it at all and will never order here again.

Dan staat er dat je kan retourneren nou dat kan maar dat is duurder dan het artikel dus komen ze aan dat je 20% terug kan krijgen als je je product houd
En als je daar mee akkoord gaat krijg je je 20% waarschijnlijk niet ik wacht er al 3 weken op maar krijg helemaal niets gestort

A bunch of criminals if you ask me! I ordered 3 dresses on a website that looked bonafide Dutch and had a legit looking return policy. When the dresses arrived (from China!!) they were cheap junk. I wanted to return them and asked for a return label and then a discussion began that took weeks. At first they offered me 10% of the value of the dresses if I did not send them back. When I refused they went up to 30%. I still wanted a return label but they threatened me that if the return would not arrive within 30 days of the order date (!) I would receive nothing!!
Since already 20 days had passed it seemed like a stretch to me to have the dresses in China within that period and I was convinced they would have another excuse not to pay out. So I gave in and went for the 30%. But they came back that there was a system backup going on and they couldn't pay me but offered me a rebate of 45% if I ordered something else. As if I would......
Absolute rip off game. Do not buy anything here!!!!!

Very bad cheap quality cargo trousers for men, at least 2 sizes too small and with the cords on the inner seamside of the leg, so that you step on them all the time. It's a complete joke!
