Would purchase from them again.

Ordered a watch strap online and received confirmation of the order. Didn't receive it so after 12 days I emailed Bakers Bands to ask why. Got a curt reply asking for my home address, which they already had. I forwarded that but didn't get a reply back - no explanation or apology. Eventually got what I'd ordered and paid for. But if I hadn't chased them I have received nothing. Won't ever use them again.

Ordered a selection of iwatch straps. They were delivered within a couple of days and were as per description. Nice to have a choice of colours

Pretty straight forward in the order process. Received fairly promptly. Happy with the quality of the watch strap I ordered at a reasonable price.

Firstly I needed a replacement band for my wife's apple watch so I just went online to have a look.... went to Bakers Bands and immediately fell in love with the site..... fantastic overall range of all possible straps for watches and such a selection..... will definitely shop here from now on...

Great band and easy to fit to my Apple Watch. As it closes with a magnet you can get the correct tightness on your wrist every time. I love the colour, and there was a great choice of colours! For the price this is an excellent watch strap.

I don't normally write reviews but this one annoyed the hell out of me.

I bought a Magnetic Milanese Loop Band for Apple Watch in April 2025. I very quickly regretted it.

The price was very low, which had me suspicious but I didn't want to spend the £100 for a genuine Apple one. It was in the region of £25 but to me that's very over priced for the quality of this product.

The paint very quickly started wearing off, and today, less than a year later, it looks absolutely rubbish on my wrist. I don't wear it in water and have looked after it really well. I've subjected it to what I would consider light daily wear.

Worse than than that, the loops are badly made and keep catching on my clothes. It's causes holes in two of my long-sleeve t-shirts where the band keeps catching threads. The loops are sharp and very poorly manufactured.

I will never buy from this brand again and I would urge you not to waste your money on their Milanese Loop. I obviously can't comment on their other products.

Horrible quality

I would never encourage anyone to shop with this company. I bought an Apple Watch strap which I then returned. A month has passed and I haven’t had any refund or even an email to say they received it and have processed it. Just taken my £20 and kept the strap when returned. Awful service!!

This company is great. Good service and great bands.

Bought bands for my daughter and her husband for Christmas and they were delighted with them. Unfortunately my son in law’s broke just a couple of months after so I wrote to the company who replaced the damaged item by return of post - fantastic service!

Ordering was straight forward, the item was delivered quickly but it’s with the item itself that I have an issue with. I went with the ocean band for the Apple Watch, it looks great and the quality of the band is also great but the little metal buckle is terrible. It has a space in the middle so it can slide through the rubber of the band but the gaps too big. If you try and get pull the band tight the rubber pings into the gap and the little metal pin that secures the watch falls off.

Contacted team as issue with original strap bought at Christmas , team sent out a replacement within hours extremely quick customer care xx

The product itself looks nice. Time will tell. I bought this as a gift however and the tacky Chinese box made it look fake and cheap. All instructions were also in Chinese and so tiny you could hardly see them. Would be mortified if I’d actually paid full whack for this and it arrived looking like it’s off Temu.
