I contacted B&S having used them before which was very good. It was only a small job of a tap exchange but I got a very competitive price, fast appointment and a very good person (Chloe) who did the job super fast and clean and tidy. 25% cheaper than B&Q offred to do it for.
Have used them 3 or 4 times and always been happy with them. Clean work, friendly service and reasonable prices.
If this person's work us anything like their driving I wouldn't go near them at all.
Had a new boiler put it. I was kept fully informed throughout. Simon was a gent, hard working and really reliable. Cleaned as he worked when the job was completed he checked and double checked everything. Very comfortable to be around and very respectful.
The cost of the work was very good. I will definitely be using this company for my boiler servicing and they will be the first call I make if I need anything in the future.

Great company! Fixed my boiler really quick and left the place tidy. Will be using them again.
Sent an email on Saturday asking for a plumber to fix a broken water feed to a toilet. Office called first thing Monday and plumber was here within the hour. Leak fixed quickly and they tidied up before leaving. Would recommend and use them again.
Absolutely amazing service from the first conversation about updating our bathroom. We spent time in the showroom discussing the kind of thing we had in mind and were supported planning this. Luke , Sam , Paul and the team then began converting our separate toilet and bathroom into the most incredible , fantastic new bathroom. Everyone worked to an exceptionally high standard and skillfully adapted and altered things along the way to make it perfect. We absolutely love it. Thank you James and team 😊
Over the years, BaldwinSalter has given us an excellent plumbing service from diagnosis and repairs to our unvented electric immersion water heater, to its annual service, plus replacement of kitchen tap. The plumbers are friendly, considerate, diagnose the problem and discuss with us. Highly recommended.
Attempted to get our boiler serviced, 1st visit was cancelled by them and the next 2 they didn’t bother to show up. No apologies, we’d been ‘missed.’ Waited in all day for nothing! Avoid

Took money, sent me tracking number for YODEL, YODEL replied not our tracking number and postcode does not exist, tried contact with Salter but no response and online chat disabled, contacting POLICE possible fraud.
I can’t recommend Baldwin Salter highly enough. Fantastic service. Special thanks to Kieran, Matt and Luke who showed genuine professional interest and great care in understanding my 95 year old mother’s impairments by designing the optimal solution for providing her with a fully accessible and usable shower to replace her bath. They fully appreciated the deterioration in her physical condition would be progressive and made suggestions that have made the outcome absolutely superb for the future as well as easily meeting her present requirements. No detail was missed, even making it easy to keep clean. The quality of their work was top notch and incredibly good value. Mum is absolutely delighted as she is now able to look forward to more years of civilised independent living in her own home. As an extra bonus, the new shower has enabled her to put off needing assistance from professional carers.

Very disappointing!
First visit by technician and before the day was out the boiler had broken again although I did have hot water. Visit lasted 10 minutes
Cost £78
Second visit and again within a few hours the boiler was not working again. This time with no hot water nor central heating. Two hours

I have ordered a new combi boiler with a different company
I had Baldwin Salter change my old boiler for a new Baxi and it was an awkward job because of the location and grafting it in to the old pipe work but Nick did a brilliant job and I'm happy with the new boiler.
Baldwin & Salter were efficient, professional & competitive from quote to the finished job - I had a bathroom refurb with a new shower cubicle, taps & flooring…all fittings are of excellent quality. Colin & Harvey were always friendly, hard working & tidied up every evening before leaving - very happy with my ‘new’ bathroom, thank you so much!
