Balhousie Glazing Ltd Avis

The two men who did the instalment of my windows and door worked very hard. One man was here for 1 day and then another one joined him on the 2nd day. I love my new windows. I have had a good look at them and cannot see anything wrong. My rooms were left clean and tidy when they had finished. I couldn't ask for more.

A few years ago, I had Balhousie Glazing install a new front door at my flat. I was very satisfied with the quality of that work, so when I decided to have replacement windows fitted, Balhousie Glazing was my first choice. I was not disappointed.

Following my initial contact the pre-sales service was excellent. I was treated with courtesy, my questions were answered in detail, and the advice and guidance that I was given was very helpful.

The installation team was most professional. They treated my home with respect. The installation was carried out with the minimum of disruption. It proceeded without any problems, and following the completion of the work all rubbish was cleared away and the work areas around the new windows were cleaned and left as they were before the work began. Where required, new windowsills and surrounds were fitted. As with the new windows, the quality of this work was excellent. Rails that supported the window blinds had to be removed from some of the windows to enable the work to be completed, but were reinstated by the installation team before they left.

Overall, the experience from beginning to end was a very pleasant experience and I am delighted with the final result.

Fantastic job. Feels like a new house. Thank you so much. Excellent from initial contact to finished job. Great communications. If anyone is looking to replace their double glazing I would highly recommend Balhousie. Very trustworthy.

Balhousie is very professional from the beginning, at quotation. Their workmanship. Friendly professional workers. And a good after care service.
Top Marks. Very Impressed and would definitely recommend!

Balhousie made everything so easy from first point of contact right through to installation. Everything was explained clearly, all expectations were set and met, it was very smooth from start to finish and will definitely use them again.

The fitters of the patio door worked efficiently. There was a slight problem which was rectified once it was ascertained what the issue was. As the fitters had not handled these particular doors previously it took slightly longer to sort the issue ( thus 4 stars). All fitters and office staff were extremely polite and friendly. The triple glazed aluminium doors have certainly made a difference in retaining the heat in the room and look elegant - worth paying a little extra.

From start to finish Balhousie were great. All those involved in the process, from initial enquiry, through survey and ordering, to delivery and fitting, were friendly and informative. The windows themselves are just what we wanted and the guys who fitted them worked non-stop to get everything done in the day (with a minor plaster repair that was arranged and carried out with no fuss a day later). Happy customers.

Good team installing windows, pleasant, tidied up after themselves, honest

Despite wet and cold working conditions the installation was completed efficiently in one day, instead of the two days allocated, even though adjustments had to be made for some measurements. We were kept informed at all times on what was happening and Ben and Dylan were efficient and considerate throughout.

Arrived on time, applied dust sheets to entrance/access and the room where window was being fitted. Everything was tidy when they left. Window fitted looks fantastic 👌

Window fitter was very efficient and polite. He used dust sheets and kept the house as clean as possible, also hoovering the area.

Very efficient company, quality of product excellent and on day of installation, fitter extremely good and pleasant.

Great Products and Service.
We have used this company in the past and continue to use them as their products are always very good, Staff are also very helpful and well mannered. We would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased that I chose Balhousie to fit my new windows. They were superb, seamless process from start to finish. From Paul the salesman and a very reasonable price to the office staff who kept me informed so efficiently. The timeline they estimated was spot on. The product itself is top notch and looks fantastic. The installation itself was flawless, the installer, Terry was exceptional. He phoned the night before to tell me which windows he would do on which day and that was most helpful. You could tell straight away he knew his job and took a real pride in it. He worked exceptionally hard and explained everything as he went along and what an immaculate finish. As a self confessed neat and clean freak I was so pleased by the level of finish. I was going to go with another local company until a friend got Balhousie and highly recommended them to me. I looked at her windows and saw the level of finish and knew they were for me. I have not regretted it. I have one more door and window to do eventually and will most definitely be using them again. Superb!

Clean and tidy workers. Respectful of our property.

The two most important things were the quality of the window and the excellence of the fitter.

Overall it was a quality job.

Friendly crew, very helpful.
