I recently ordered balloons from here for two parties.
The balloons lasted a while and Balloon Planet was able to deliver the balloons a day early due to a last minute change in plans with no addittional cost. The delivery people were also very helpful! Wouldn't order balloons from anywhere else!

I saw the reviews on this site before ordering, but I did it anyway. What a mistake. We spent more than $100 to have a balloon bouquet delivered and got, instead, a bunch of balloons in a garbage bag. No note. No weight. No "arrangement" at all. Just a bunch of balloons, which flopped around the room all weekend. It was supposed to be a glorious welcome gift and instead it was a bunch of loose balloons aggravating everyone in the room. Balloon Planet's response? The balloons should have been put on the floor instead of on the table. WHAT?!? No interest in making it right. Delivery was perfect, the actual "gift" - not so much.

EDITED TO INCLUDE: Don't let the "concerned" note from Balloon Planet fool you. Balloon Planet had my order number. Their response was to send me a copy of their policy saying that "balloon placement can shift" and ignoring my issues entirely. Hence this review. Balloon Planet said they did everything right and they would not only NOT provide a refund (even partial) but they "understand that this might be disappointing" - and then they updated their review below to say that this matter was resolved. HA! It was resolved in that they emailed me back to say they weren't going to do anything, or take my concerns seriously, or contact anyone on my behalf to make sure that this didn't happen in the future. STEER CLEAR. These people are HORRIBLE at what they do, and especially horrible to customers who complain after they've already been paid. This is a money-grab and nothing more. I wish I'd paid more attention to these reviews before I ordered. I would never, ever order from them again.

I tried contacting customer support by email – no response. For a birthday occasion, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. 1. Two of the balloons were under-inflated. My neighbor was able to put more helium in one. The other must have had a pin hole.

2. We paid for one set to have my wife’s name on a balloon. They used what looked like black electrical tape on a dark background. The name was hardly visible and looked like it had been applied by child.

3. The balloons arrived detached from the weights. Not loose. Detached. Had I opened the bag outdoors, we might have lost the balloons. I had to attach them

4. Customer service? Funny. The manager of the local company said the (a) my wife’s name was too long for it to have fit better on the balloon. Her name is 7 letters.

5. I was promised a new, larger balloon the name put on more artfully would be delivered the next morning well in time for the noon event. At 11:55am I called the company to learn that the driver was “on the way.” That would have meant we’d have left for the party. I even waited until 12:15 (our adult kids tookmy wife to the party for the beginning). No delivery. Nothing.

6. No one offered credit or any other cures.

They have terrible service. I think they are a scam . No one calls, responds or contacts

5 hours later the latex balloons started to evaporte...These are 1.oo store balloons and the nerve to share 132.00 for 10 latex balloons and 4 helium ...i could not keep them as my son is highly allergic to the latex...we asked asap for a refund and the uncompassionate rude woman said pop the latex ones if thats the case....SERIOUSLY>>>>FOR 132.00

Horrible company, stole my money, did not deliver the balloons and ruined my husbands birthday dinner

I had a great experience. I ordered balloons for my mom's 75th birthday and they wer perfect. It is a bit expensive but it was a good option for me since I live far away and can't be there to celebrate with her. I would use their service again.

Placed an order that was over $200 for 2 large mylar, 1 small mylar, and 9 regular balloons. The arrangement was poorly constructed. One of the large numbered mylar balloons had a hole & deflated shortly after it arrived. One popped with the guy brought it inside, and all deflated after 1 day. Needed this for a Sunday & Friday is the latest that it could be delivered. Just a big waste of money!

I asked my sister to order balloons for my daughters 21 st birthday. The website shows large Mylar balloons and standard size Mylar balloons.
My daughter sent me a photo of 6 dollar tree balloons. The purchase price was $80.00. They are a scam and should be placed out of business.

For the high price, the quality is incredibly poor. Balloons didn’t even stay floating for a full day, despite taking precautions to keep them indoors, away from air vents, etc. We’ve had much better experiences at other balloon places for less money. Save your cash. Go somewhere else.

I have ordered balloons for family events in Virginia and Utah. Both were exactly what I asked for, delivered when scheduled, good quality, and reasonably priced. Those who took my orders were friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent experience. I highly recommend.

$30 for delivery is ridiculous. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER TO A HOSPITAL unless a family member accepts delivery! What hospital allows visitors in this time of Covid?! Took my payment immediately but said I have to wait 5 days for a refund! I wanted to cancel my order and had to leave a voice mail. What an unprofessional place! Called another business and they were happy to deliver to the hospital!

Do not order from here. I wish I had googled reviews before ordering from this company.
I was impressed that they would be able to deliver so quickly and their website made the balloons look beautiful.
But for the incredibly high price, they were not in good shape. One balloon was totally deflated (a letter in the recipient's name) and another was taped and very beat up.
The bright side is that I wound up finding a local store that had the same balloons for 1/3 of the price in perfect condition. Better late than never.

I ordered a 60" standing flamingo balloon as a birthday surprise for delivery to Sandy, Utah. It wasn't cheap, and the delivery fee alone was over $30. What was delivered was a crummy bunch of 3 latex balloons and one small mylar flamingo balloon.
I wouldn't have known if I hadn't requested a photo from the recipient a few days later, because I was surprised that he didn't respond in a way I would have expected. My order confirmation was for the correct item, and I received an email stating my order was delivered. It was NOT what I ordered, and there was no communication about a substitution.
AFTER I found out they had sent a shoddy substitute and complained, they offered to send the correct item -- and they did, and it was awesome. But they wouldn't have done this without my following up to find out that they delivered a cheap substitute. Even an explanation of what had happened would have helped, but instead, I felt tricked.
It wasn't the birthday surprise I had wanted to send -- for years I've taken care to send something special and this year was disappointing to me.
So, beware.

Highly overpriced for what you get. Delivery fee is an outrageous $34 and the delivery window is way too wide (10AM-4PM) - so unless you want to spend your entire special day at home waiting for them to show up, go elsewhere. I called in the morning and asked for a narrower delivery window - I was provided one, but the delivery was still an hour late vs. what I was told. As a result, I missed one of my daughter's birthday activities waiting at home for this delivery. Really terrible experience. Will not order again.

For the past Six (6) 8 have been ordering balloons from Ballon Planet. A week ago I placed my last order . The ballons were delivered in a large clear plastic bag and the driver quickly ran to this van and left. The balloons were not assembled as they usually are. They were simply on a string and quickly deflated within Three to Four days. Do not use this service. It is NOT worth your hard earned money . STAY AWAY!

Very high price for very low-quality balloons! After only one day, all balloons were deflated. Simply unbelievable. Not worth the $120 for only 13 low-quality balloons! Even Dollar Tree has much better quality balloons!

Balloon Planet delivered more than promised! The arrangement was for a graduation - it looked great and the customer service was outstanding!

We ordered a very expensive balloon arch for a combined graduation/birthday. The delivery window was 10-2pm. Our guests were arriving at 3pm, so we thought this would be ok (we hoped to surprise them). The person delivering called me at 230 to say she was running late. She set it up and luckily our guests were late, so everything was set up and done by 3:15. But by the next morning, the arch was on the ground, with about 1/2 of the balloons deflated. We thought it would be something we could keep on the front lawn for at least 72 hours. We tried contacting the company several times and never heard back. We felt we should have received a partial credit since it was over $600 and was not anything close to what we expected.
