The company from start to finish were second to none. I have been looking for the perfect glass balustrade for sometime and got bombarded with calls from other companies who were ridiculous with pricing. However Balustrade express were very competitively priced and the product quality is excellent. Being updated from start to finish and advised on suitable systems for my requirements with building control. I rarely write reviews however this company pulled out all the stops for me and i can not fault them. I will certainly be recommending Paul and Bart to my friends and family

I needed a glass-panel balustrade fitted to a decked flat roof that I had completed for a customer. Paul and Bart were exemplary - knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and reasonable on price. Paul and Bart came to our rescue to fix a horrendous job that another company did on our small indoor balustrade. They knew straight away what had to be done to correct the problems, gave us a few options and were extremely helpful and friendly. Bart was extremely patient explaining all of the different options we had and came out to do a thorough pre-fit visit to check measurements etc. which was reassuring. I never write reviews but this time I had to write one.
To give a small bit of background I have a large commercial building and the original company who installed my balustrades for which I paid £30k, did an absolutely horrendous job and after it had been done it failed the balustrade test. I was recommended by someone to give Paul a call and that he would be able to help. Since the first time I met both Paul and Bart they were polite, friendly and showed their experience in what they were doing immediately. They did a fantastic job, immediately knew what to do and sorted out all the issues. On the day of the re-test they very kindly agreed to come back and bent over backwards to sort anything that needed tweaking. The test past with flying colours and I could not be happier. I have dealt with many tradesman in my time, I would easily say Paul and Bart are amongst the best I have met. They were also very competitive on the price aswell. I would 100% use them again, and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you very much Lads, life savers.

We recently used Paul and Bart from balustrade express on a project in our garden. These guys are the ultimate professionals from my initial phone call, face to face visit, paul explaining everything to me in such detail, we received a fantastic quote, and then fitting. Great service, great price, great finished product

Paul and Bart are your old fashioned kind of skilled craftsmen, with a modern approach to providing excellent service. They approached the job we needed doing with a 'can do' attitude, unlike several other similar firms who, because it was incapable of being done from a standard design weren't interested. They then took a huge amount of care in a sensitive location to install the components and the result not only looks stunning but works a treat, fulfilling the brief I gave them 100%. They even returned to site a week after the installation to check it hadn't settled and to make final adjustments. I cannot recommend Balustrade Express more highly.

Asked Balustrade Express to quote for a large glass Juliet balcony & a standard frameless glass balcony. Paul & Bart came out to survey the site and came back with quotes which were nearly half the price of other company's quotes.
From the moment we asked them to do the work, they were professional, courteous, and thoughtful (removing boots to keep house clean when all the exterior was muddy). They travelled 40 odd miles to be at the property for 6.30 am to accept delivery of glass, on a day when it was blowing a gale, and so doing the job was impossible, so they went the 40 odd miles home again. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole-heartedly recommend them. The results have been as good as we wished for at the outset of the project.

They helped me with the planning and layout of the balustrade.
I had obtained several quotes but Balustrade Express were not only the most reasonable but most helpful too.
The Balustrade is of excellent quality and Paul and his partner delivered it themselves all the way from midlands to London themselves.
They also brought extra fixings and helped my landscaper with advise on fitting it also at no extra cost. They really do deserve great praise and every success. Thank you so much Paul for everything.
