Unsafe product, baby is not secure at all. He could easily flip out backwards unless I am fully holding him, it’s dangerous! And pointless! He could slip out the bottom pretty easily if the material was to catch on a door or something. Uncomfortable on my neck too with the fabric cutting in. No way I am using this. It scares me to think of the amount of babies at risk from this product.
Unclear returns policy, you have to email them to ‘review’ your return request. Never experienced this with any other vendor ever!! I fell for a social media video, in hindsight this was clearly an influencer paid to give a positive review. So I’m stuck with an unsafe, unusable product very annoyed with myself for fooling for TikTok nonsense rather than buying from a reputable company!! Don’t fall for the same trap as me!
Looking at other reviews you have to pay intentional shipping costs to return!! Another clear marker of a scam. Youd never have to pay to post your returned items to a reputable company. A scam makes it as inconvenient as possible! Shame on you Bambora, you know full well you are shifting a dodgy product.

I order this after seeing good reviews and paid for quick delivery. After a while of no product I checked to see where it was… I was shocked to see it was being shipped from China.
Two weeks waiting with upgraded delivery and still no product. £50 spent and seems like a scam? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all.
Just adding this as I received my products in the end… just very slowly. Still unhappy as they turned up in cheap plastic bags with not a single logo or bit of branding anywhere, on the packaging or product it’s self… which just seems a bit off especially coming from China.
was unhappy so I returned it which then cost me £26 out of my own pocket haha. I’d avoid this company like the plague!!! Would not trust my baby in this product at all and actually quite uncomfortable anyway. It’s not even hands free like traditional carriers? As it’s definitely not enough to support a baby by its-self.

A life saver and a back saver
I have a Velcro toddler and a larger than average 3 month old. We have many trips planned and the bambora sling saved my life (more like my back) and made carrying the toddler a breeze and nursing the 3 month old painless. We ordered 2 and our experience makes me want 10 more! I will recommend this to everyone who will listen.

Best carrier around
My daughter outgrew her "baby" carrier but she is on the spectrum and is very clingy, so I was looking for a carrier to hold her. I came across this on Facebook one night and wasn't sure if this would work. I received one for xmas from my mom and I instantly fell in love! My daughter loved the simplicity of it since she has sensory and doesn't like certain things touching her. She was so comfortable in it and it gave me the chance to get things done but keep her close. I use it around the house, I use it at stores, and I even showed the mom's at her daycare! I should also mention my daughter is a year and a half and fits just fine in it. I recommend this sling to every mom I see! Total game changer not only for us moms with tots but also the ones who have extra razzle dazzle and are on the spectrum. 😉 thank you for including ALL children ♥️

Absolutely amazing slings
Absolutely amazing slings! As a mom of four having this has really helped me carry my youngest and still go out and do things with my children. Back saver as well. Never had a sling that actually took the pressure off my back until this one! Cute patterns is such a plus as well.

Best baby carrier
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and their sling carrier. I ordered 3 for the promotion they had. My package got lost with the Christmas rush. I reached out and without hesitation they sent my order again. The sling carrier is the best I’ve had. My 4 month old loves it. It’s the trick we use to get him to sleep when he won’t settle in his crib. We also use it at the mall and grocery stores because it’s so easy to use and he absolutely loves it. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for the product itself

Its something fishy about it
Its something fishy about it. Ordered 2 sling carriers from Bamboraco.com and received items without their logo on it (like it was advertised) and no tags or labels too. Looks like something bought on temu, just overpriced. Looking forward to see how the return process will go, as i heard I will have to pay postage to USA? How much is it bambora? Must have fallen for a scam. Carrier dont feel safe to my 3 month old, looks like can slip off anytime..
P.S found the same item on shein for less than 6 pounds :D

This carrier is way too large to hold baby. It does not feel secure enough calories to other hip carriers I’ve tried. It is not well made and they ship from Canada but you have to return to the states and pay return shipping.

Not suitable for small babies
Bought this for my 11 week old baby as they said it's suitable from birth but it doesn't really work if your baby can't hold it's head up/can sit up. Also advertised that you can have 'hands free' but it says on the label on the sling that you need to have a hand on baby at all times (which I would probably do anyway as baby felt like he was going to flop out). The clip did become unclipped whilst I was holding him, and he did slip out the bottom but this might be user error to be fair.
All in all, I'd say this is probably okay for older babies or toddlers who can sit properly. The colours available are fab. Currently going through the returns process and it's easy so far, although I had to pay around £19 for shipment back to the USA, so just be aware of this.

Recieved knock off version
I bought 2 of the bambora sling carriers and 2 of the clip on storage pouches. Directly from the bambora website, what i recieved was a knock off version. I dont understand how that could have happened and I am infuriated as I paid good money for something and got a temu version. Doesn't even have the bambora name on it.

Cheap poorly made - be wary!
The product is shipped from china, doesn’t appear to conform to any safety regulations for safe carrying and there is no option to return the product. I won’t be using this for my baby and feel completely ripped off. I won’t go so far as to say I was scammed as I should have done my research better, but am extremely disappointed with the product.

This review is strictly on the company’s website. I’m always wary of sites that have only 5 star reviews. I came to Trustpilot first to gauge legitimacy and felt confident placing an order.
However returning to the site while waiting for my shipped product to arrive, I noticed that some of the reviews used the same customer image accompanied by a different name and review. This product could be wonderful, but that’s a shady marketing practice regardless of the product quality and was disheartening to see.
If the company is dishonest about its public facing reviews, I’m apprehensive about the safety claims made by the company regarding this product.
*Edit 1: The company responded to my concerns promptly. I went to the website to screenshot duplicated review photos to back up my claim, and they have been removed. Will provide final edit once product arrives. Important to note: this product ships directly from China…at least in my case.
