I think these people are sca*mers

I think these people are sca*mers. After I sent my identification and Bank Details, they disappeared within seconds, saying they needed to review my files. It took nearly a year to get back to me to ask for another File. Now I'm trying to send the File, their system is not accepting it even though it was a standard file, and the same file I have been using for years. Please avoid this Company

Time waste

I tried to open an account for my business which is more than 10 years established, they got me crazy with millions of requests, they were almost gonna ask me my feet size haha, then just declined, i just don’t like the way they are wasting my time..

I have had great service

I am not sure what occurred with others that left a review, but I have had a great experience with Bancoli. Fast response times, fairly fast transfers (international wires, so can't really blame Bancoli if it takes a few days), and good service. I wish they had more options to send funds, but they say they are working to add these.

They are scammers stole clients funds…

They are scammers stole clients funds 1935 was stolen from my account when I said id like to close my account because I dont like their service, after that Brazil lady which review is down there ,contact with me and she said they stole 7100 dollars and gave to her same reason like they gave to me, they blame their banks partners that money is there, absolutely scammers we alredy inform their Partners DBS and they officially blacklisted Bancoli like Fraud

We want to state clearly that Bancoli and its banking partners operate under strict regulatory AML compliance and secure protocols. We do not arbitrarily withhold client funds. Account closures and the return of funds follow established procedures, which include necessary security and fraud checks Bancoli also strictly adheres to the terms agreed upon at account opening, sometimes involving partner banks, which can affect how funds can be returned.
We cannot discuss specific account details or communications publicly due to privacy and security policies. Regarding the claim about specific banking partners, Bancoli maintains compliant relationships with many global banks and has never been "blacklisted" with any financial partner.
Our partner banks do their own AML checks on all clients and collaborate with law enforcement when it comes to criminal activity.
Partner banks and Bancoli are both required to obey law enforcement and legal orders and return funds to victims when ordered.

they are SCAMMERS, when try to withdrawal the funds they start playing game denied and saying recipient bank issue, absolutely scammers don't deal with them they will stole your money

I originally asked them can they open accounts for USA jurisdiction, by email they said "Yes" . I provided all the necessary documents. Then suddenly I received an e-mail from them saying that the application time had expired and I had to start all over again. Of course I contacted the support team and they replied that I should not pay attention to this message as I had already been verified. I tried to log in to my account and there again I have to fill in all the fields and provide the same documents. I contacted the support again and they replied "Thank you for contacting Bancoli. Your Global Business Account was not approved. Due to bank and regulatory requirements, we cannot share specific reasons for account approval or denial. Your Bancoli account can still be used for invoicing". So what do you think, are these guys serious? Draw your own conclusions.
