We are writing to draw your attention to the unacceptable situation with the Bankoff Service (2140 S Dupont Hwy. Camden, DE, 19934). We know them as Botbox Inc. as well.
We are more than 250 people from Argentina, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, USA, and others who are suffering from the fact that our accounts have been frozen, where the amount of money of our group is more then 250 000 $. Although we have followed instructions about payments, we are unable to use our money.
The 3rd of May 2022 was the last day when we could use our money for payments, and we received this message from Bankoff:
«Dear customer,
Today we’ve received a letter from Visa and Stripe that Bankoff Card services have been suspended due to the high volume of active users and transactions from Russia. It means our cards are no longer supported for any offline and online payments.
As we are currently trying to access funds that have been frozen in our USA account, please be informed that we’re doing our best to resolve this issue.

I wish to bring to your attention a problem which arose due to Bankoff service, but it isn’t the client’s fault. We think that it qualifies as a breach of obligation towards the clients. We experience considerable inconvenience.
We have tried to communicate with Bankoff and their team but still have not received anything. We are surprised that we have not yet received access to our money or any advice about the situation. We are disappointed that nobody helps us with that. We didn’t receive legal notice of the termination of our accounts.
To solve the problem, we would be grateful if you would answer us about your version of events and would try to help us with a compensation of our money.
We look forward to receiving your reply with your decision for the protection of consumer rights. We believe a mistake has occurred and we hope you will do your utmost to remedy it.
We trust the matter will be resolved or we shall be forced to take legal actions against all companies who might be keeping our money. We do not want the additional charges for legal procedures.
We shall be glad if you will kindly inquire into the matter.
P.S. We have the list of clients with the data about names, phone numbers, and amount. If you need this, we could send it.
